Great Hotel

We booked 4 nights here at the beginning of August 2015. We booked b and breakfast for me, my partner nad 5 year old child. Apartment wasclean freshand lovely, had a front and back balcony (the back one was mainly for drying clothes as it was small). Air condition was v handy as it was in the 30's outside! The kitchen looked sparkling and brand new! We didn't expect a kitchen at all so it was a handy bonus to have a big fridge freezer to cool our drinks etc. ALso a dishwasher (which still had the seal on inside as it was new. Hob and everything u may need in the cupoards. small table for 4 . also a sofa, which was converted for a bed for my 5 year old. Bathroom sparkling and clean plently of clean towels and toiletries.The main bedroom was nicely furnished with enogh space to put the suitcases. the help yourself buffet breakfast filled us up for the day! Loved the coffee and my son always had hot chocolate. bread ham, cheeses, fruits, yougurt, bolied eggs, fruit juices, buiscuits, sweet Italian pastries etc. the lady that ran the place/ the only lady we saw was welcoming and gave usefull child friendly advice. She had a sack of beach toys ready for us to borrow as she knew we had a child. free wifi and flat screen tv in the apartment. We walked to beach (different ones) daily, and there were loads of shops, pizzerias, ice cream cafes and coffe hpuses around us. But it was quiet up on the top floor, we never heard anything in the night. Ideal to explore duino area as well as we did. We will be coming back again for sure.

Very good accommodation

We stayed for 3 nights (July 2013) in this hotel and we were very pleased to get a huge apartment, even if we paid for a double room. Big living room with kitchenette, huge bedroom, balcony, air conditioner, refrigerator, all clean and properly working. Bathroom also big, with bathtub and bidet.
It's situated very close to the center, 50 meters away from "Europa Unita", the well-known pedestrian area that ends at the beach (5 mins of walking). All other amenities of the city center within walking distances. Parking place well shuttered at the ground floor of the building (EUR 10,-/night extra charge). Dog friendly, no extra charge. Good breakfast, in one sentence: nothing to complain about!

Comodità e cortesia

Qualche giorno a Grado, all'Hotel Lydia. Fides, anche se meno presente di un tempo, è cordialissima e risponde a tutte le richieste. Ottima la posizione, con i servizi tutti vicini. Le stanze sono in realtà dei mini appartamenti con cucina/soggiorno (cucina attrezzata, ci sono pentole, stoviglie, tutto l'occorrente per pranzare), molto comodi se si è al mare con i bimbi.
Wi-fi gratuito, aria condizionata, terrazzino con stendino per asciugare.
Possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento, noi abbiamo lasciato l'auto alla Schiusa, che è a due passi.
E per finire... rapporto qualità/presso davvero ottimi!

Posizione strategica

Siamo stati per il week end di Pasqua e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Praticamente in centro a piedi o con le bici messe a disposizione dall'hotel si riesce ad arrivare ovunque. La camera (mini appartamento) è molto ampia e fornita di tutto zona cottura ampio bagno. La camera è nuovissima e la responsabile dell'hotel è molto gentile e disponibile alle nostre richieste. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo. La città ha tante attività x bambini e il suo centro storico è bellissimo. Di sicuro ritorneremo.

ottimo residence in tutti gli aspetti, dalla pulizia, alla sistemazione in suite, ottima posizione, ottima colazione servita dalla gentilissima signora Fides, molto disponibile anche al nostro arrivo,
