Good
Staff and owners are polite and make you feel at ease as if you were already a friend as if you were going to eat with friends. Fast but not pressurizing service. Affordable prices.

Horrendous experience
I am sorry, but the photographs clearly show this property and its shower. The door was faulty, the shower enclosure had visible dirty marks, and the bin had not been emptied. The photographs simply show the condition in which we found the accommodation during our stay.
I have chosen to protect my identity in this review because of the aggressive behaviour I experienced following our stay. However, the owner know exactly who I am, as we stayed at their property in Gragnano. She will say we did not stay here because I’ve given a poor review
I would encourage anyone who has doubts about my review to also read some of the previous negative reviews, several of which describe issues similar to those we experienced. This review is solely an honest account of our own experience during a stay booked through Airbnb.
We travelled as a family of four, including two teenagers. The room we were allocated was not the room we understood we had booked and, in our opinion, it was far too small for four people. The sleeping arrangements were also unsuitable, with our two teenage children having to share the same bed.
Air conditioning was advertised, but there was no functioning air-conditioning system available in our room. We had also booked believing that breakfast was included. However, breakfast was not provided as we had expected, and we had to go elsewhere and pay an additional cost.
When I raised my concerns about the room and the facilities, rather than feeling that the issues were being dealt with professionally, I found the owner's behaviour and response extremely unpleasant and confrontational.
Following our stay, I also received several messages that I personally found intimidating and threatening. This is the reason I have chosen not to make my identity public in this review.
We have family who live in Gragnano, and they were also extremely surprised when we explained what had happened and how we felt we had been treated. We were therefore not simply tourists with no connection to the local area.
I originally used Google Translate to make my review available in Italian. I fully stand by what I have written. This is an account of our personal experience and what we encountered during our stay.
I can only judge this accommodation based on our own experience. In our case, the room, facilities and level of service did not correspond with what we reasonably believed we had booked and paid for. However, the most concerning aspect for me was the way our concerns were handled.
Based solely on our experience, I would not stay at this property again and could not recommend it to other families. I would strongly suggest that anyone considering booking confirms in advance exactly which room they will be allocated, the sleeping arrangements, and whether advertised facilities such as air conditioning and breakfast are actually included.

Cuomo Pasta - do your research beforehand! We stayed here for 5 nights in August 2025. Photographs and accommodation descriptions were outdated, staged and misleading.
This B&B is essentially 3 en suite rooms within the owner’s personal apartment. It is about 40 minutes away from Naples city and the airport. So transport - and spoken English were big issues.
The lady owner was rude and difficult - “It’s not my problem” being the answer to most questions. Please confirm your check in procedures, breakfast (what & where), presence of a TV and public transport links before booking.

We booked a room overlooking the street with a balcony, with power sockets next to the bed, there was supposed to be a coffee maker, a kettle and a wardrobe/wardrobe, but instead we arrived and they gave us a room that wasn't even present in the photo without balcony without kettle, without coffee machine and without power sockets next to the bed, then for the television we had to use the mobile phone because there are no TVs, non-existent parking

Weekend in costiera
Ottima posizione per visitare la costiera Amalfitana, stanza molto pulita,la proprietaria una persona squisita e molto disponibile , nonostante ci sia stata una mancanza di corrente durante la notte, la mattina presto appena contattata ha provveduto a far risolvere il problema
