Perfect New Year's Eve family holiday
We stayed with our 3 and a half year old son in a beautiful one bedroom apartment overlooking Gressoney and Monte Rosa, while grandparents stayed in a comfortable studio apartment on the ground floor.
Position:
Excellent for proximity to beautiful snowy meadows for bobsled descents, as well as the path that connects Castel Savoia to the center of Gressoney.
Structure:
The property is beautiful, very clean and well maintained and equipped with many services that make it better than many hotels. From the indoor to outdoor wellness area (very panoramic), to the games room (ping pong, billiards, table football...) or to the availability of bobsleigh for guests.
Rooms:
Beautiful, spacious and with everything you need for the kitchen, but also the TV with Sky and Alpiflora shampoo complete the whole. We took advantage of the half board which included tidying up, cleaning the room and daily waste disposal, much appreciated to really feel on holiday.
Restaurant:
All great and plentiful. We have always liked the superbreakfast very well cared for and prepared (for example with freshly made orange juice, delicious yogurt...), but it was also very nice to be able to dine every day there by booking comfortably through a dedicated web page. Well executed typical Aosta Valley dishes, good choice of wines and apple strudel among the best we tried.
Also note the possibility of having breakfast or dinner in the room.
Management:
All always available and present, starting with the always attentive and kind Gian Carlo.
Definitely one of the aspects for which we have already decided to return.
In short, the Ruetoreif residence allows you to have the holiday you prefer between apartment and hotel with everything you need to enjoy Gressoney and genuine hospitality.

It is not gold that glitters!!
We stayed guests with our two teenage boys for three nights in late January. Let's start with the positives: very nice romantic location, tried food for a fantastic dinner with great prices, I emphasize that it was brought to Appartamento.Appartamento very nice and clean with everything you need x cooking. Cons: the services offered were not adequate to the proposal of the site, as the Spa was only partially accessible, a sauna and indoor whirlpool, which we could only use on the second and third evening (the first was closed) the indoor Turkish bath off, the sauna and outdoor whirlpool out of service. The wood x the fireplace was not present and we had to ask for it on the second day, subsequently delivered. The bar and restaurant closed, you could only book dinner or breakfast in the room, but if we even wanted to have a drink in the after dinner was impossible. Same thing for the arcade, which there was no proposal at all. The TV wasn't working. Everything had to be asked, almost as if they had to do us a favor ... which is very disgusting, especially when they are services offered and paid for quite a bit. I am so sorry I will definitely not go back and will not recommend to friends. Too bad for the high potential of the structure.

Perfect stay
I stayed in the studio on the first floor and I had a great time. The location is ideal for enjoying nature walks forgetting about the car. A short walk away is the entrance to the Margherita path, which leads directly to the old town via an easy path in the woods (alternatively, a short road). The apartment was clean and well stocked, I even took advantage of some dinner in the room, highly recommended option. I enjoyed perfect hospitality from the very kind managers.

Perfect.
Many times we hear that in the Western Alps they should learn the hospitality of Trentino, here they can certainly give lessons. A place to make the customer feel good is the priority, exceptional family management, really good and passionate about their work. Cozy and exceptionally clean rooms.

Wonderful holiday
Short but wonderful holiday....my husband and I stayed in this wonderful residence with our dog.....we couldn't have asked for more.....kindness, helpfulness, professionalism....the restaurant.... the studio apartment the spa everything perfect.....we will definitely return...
