Easter weekend
We stayed here for Easter night in a group of friends and had a great time. The welcome was warm, with helpful people making you feel immediately at home. We had dinner with à la carte menu tasting various typical dishes, including some really delicious pizzoccheri. The room was comfortable, with comfortable bed, full bathroom with everything, mini bar provided and slippers available. In the morning a hearty breakfast awaited us with croissants, homemade cakes, yogurt of different flavors and a wide selection of hot drinks. The location is perfect for visiting the Castello nuovo Visconteo and caatello vecchio San Faustino, nearby and the so-called “Italian Gaudi”. A really positive reception: we recommend everyone to try it and we will definitely be back!!

I can only say that this is fantastic. Outstanding hotel, room, staff, views and food. As a group of bikers, we appreciated the use of the underground garage as it was very hot when we stayed in July. This is a biker friendly hotel and this was perfect. We will definitely be back!

This hotel really deserves the highest rating. It is not a luxury hotel (fortunately) but it has everything you need for a stay where you feel like you are not missing anything. The greatest strength is perhaps the attention that the staff gives to the guest, from the moment you arrive until you say goodbye. If you need anything, they will bend over backwards for you. The hotel's location is central; you are in the historic center of a town rich in history and culture. The rooms are very comfortable. For dinner, we were able to choose from a rich and interesting menu, also featuring traditional local dishes prepared with high-quality ingredients. Very abundant breakfast.
Ultimately, an excellent price-quality ratio.

Stay in the wonderful Valtellina
Good morning my wife and I stayed in this lovely property in the village of Grosio just under 15 minutes by car from the Bernina train station and 1 hour from Livigno.
I would like to thank first of all Mr. Jim ( Giacomo Pini ) a young man of 80 years with the spirit and enthusiasm of a person who loves his business with great humility 'and passion and from whom in my opinion so many people should take to be to improve in life.
Continues to thank the daughters of Mr. Jim Ms Marcella the sister and husband whose I apologize I do not remember the name all the staff of the hotel and restaurant that made us feel noo are in a hotel but especially in the family welcoming us with the smile not exactly obvious apart from the smiles that you do for custom.
The restaurant and 'a symphony of tastes and specialties of Valtellina and the restaurant attendant and' was a unique kindness downstairs my wife who not eating many things on the menu' and' always found a solution even a simple pasta with tomato (so reading our review they will remember us) moreover delicious since they all have products and genuine

Beyond expectations
Wanting to try the experience of the Bernina Red Train we took advantage of the train package, 2 nights, two breakfasts and 2 typical dinners, spacious room spotless as the whole structure, breakfast Excellent, quality, worthy of 4 stars, excellent yogurt at zero km, dinner in the restaurant Jim of the structure above expectations, quality of the raw material, excellent service fast but attentive, tasty and appetizing dishes, in two dinners we tasted the goodness of Valtellina.
Small but cozy Spa, special mention to Michela, perfect massage and lots of sympathy accompanied by a great price.
The icing on the cake, the STAFF, from the Family of the owners to all the Staff welcome, sympathy, availability, education, everyone makes four x make you feel at home, truly an unexpected atmosphere that goes beyond the reception due to customers. Highly recommended really
