Heaven

This hotel was a dream come true from beginning to the end! The reservation went smothly thanks to the clarity and communication of the receptionist team who are dedicated and professional at a very high level. The same goes for the restaurant and the people who work there, personelly i was impressed with the kindness of each and every one of them cause they give their best to satisfy all your needs. Last but not least a big thanks to the cleaning ladies who by the time we served our amazing breakfast worked their magic on our room and believe me it was immaculate. All in one we are greatfull to have had the oppurtuniti to stay at this hotel and got to meet all these wonderfull people.
We had a suite with underground parking, free bicycles and a 3 min walk to the beach where we had two sunbeds with umbrella also included. If your to tired for the sea there is a pool area to just chill and drink something from the bar.
Thank you again, it felt like home, only better. The only sad thing about this experience was to leave this place...

After a first experience in June we returned in August as well and I must confirm everything that we already experienced the first time, fantastic property, excellent staff both at the hotel and at the beach, cleanliness, services, breakfast, dining, everything truly excellent.

We were welcomed very warmly and led to our garage space reserved for the entire duration of our stay. Here, our luggage was taken from us and we were accompanied to our room. We had a suite with a side sea view. This proved to be an advantage, as the balcony was not directly hit by the sun and the climate on our balcony was truly excellent. The suite consisted of a spacious living room, a kitchen we did not use, a bedroom, and a large balcony that was accessible from both the bedroom and the living room. The balcony was excellently furnished with loungers, a table, and chairs.
The pool and the surroundings are super and, above all, super clean. Across the street is the beach club with the hotel restaurant and well-kept bar facilities. The cuisine is absolutely recommended.
The friendliness of the staff, especially at the reception and at breakfast, is particularly worth mentioning. The breakfast is also impressive with an excellent buffet.

We stayed at the Valentino resort for my son's wedding. We could not have made a better choice; all the staff proved to be kind, welcoming, and always available for our every request! A special thanks goes to Lucrezia at the reception; thanks to her exceptional professionalism and care, she organized a special day impeccably! Highly recommended hotel! We will see you next year!

A few hours at the spa

We booked for a bachelorette party at the spa. I found a very nice and welcoming place. The staff is very kind and helpful. We had a great time. I will definitely return.
