A heavenly place with views to die for.

Aethos Saragano is a heavenly place with views to die for. We loved our room (room 4) if you can book this room we highly recommend it. Loved the simple but perfect breakfast every morning and also had two great meals in Ceci. The Aethos team made great recommendations and bookings for us for dinner on the other nights. The pool area was lovely, no problem in getting sunbeds and we loved the honesty bar set up for drinks and snacks (especially the ice creams). All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, thank you Paul for the impromptu tagliatelle demonstration.
We have definitely left a bit of our heart in Aethos Saragano and can’t wait to come back one day.

Gorgeous hotel & stay!

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for 1 night amongst our Italy road trip. Our first time staying at the Aethos brand. This hotel was one of our favourites from our trip so far. The staff were so friendly and helpful which really added to the experience. The rooms and hotel were beautifully designed. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious and we throughly enjoyed our afternoon in the spa. We would definitely stay here again or look into another Aethos destination!

An unforgettable experience
I stayed with my partner in this diffused hotel surrounded by lush nature and a sweet and relaxing landscape as only Umbria, the green heart of Italy, can have.
We had a great time both for the solicitude and kindness of the staff and for the quality catering and really great services.
We really enjoyed the experience of foraging, looking for wild asparagus with the priceless chef Delfina who showed us the secrets of vegetables at km 0.
In short, a magical experience to repeat!

Charming with a lot of history, amazing views. Quiet and secure. Breakfast was excellent, renovated room, really enjoy our stay.
