Sicilian friends on motorbikes

Wonderful place, very welcoming house.. kind and helpful owners. My friends and I felt at home, I recommend the structure to groups of friends but also to families... in an excellent position for visiting Umbria... an experience absolutely worth repeating. Thank you

To try....to believe.

Wonderful structure and owners nothing short of exceptional. Ideal for spending moments of tranquility and fun with friends or family. The rooms are very spacious, each with its own bathroom. The living room/kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking, from dishes to a bottle of oil, from salt to sugar, coffee, tea to breakfast cookies. Cleanliness and order perfect. We stayed on the 10th (five couples) and had a really good time, and felt like home.... Do not underestimate the location, surrounded by greenery and a few kilometers from beautiful villages to visit. We will be back for sure, but this time in summer to try the pool and barbecues in the garden. Many thanks to all the staff..... I repeat truly exceptional people.

Unique experience

Our host Anna and the whole family really impeccable. We updated in a lovely place surrounded by nature. The photographs perfectly reflect what is offered (priceless to have the bathroom in every room and a top semi-professional kitchen). Friendliness, empathy and genuineness (plus various tips for excursions/activities/restaurants) made our holiday unique. A recommendation for all guests: follow the host's instructions for switching on/off the floor cooling system and you will have no problem although in the evening, however, the place is sufficiently ventilated. Casalotto Francescano to really recommend to those who love peace and quiet but, still, close enough to the various tourist destinations such as Assisi, Spello, Bevagna, Perugia (about 45 min drive). Congratulations for the experience you made us live. We will certainly return in the coming years

I normally do not write any reviews when I travel, but Casalotto Francescano really made me rave about my experience there. So, we did the walk of st. Francis and we rent it this house one night from Gubbio to Valfabbrica. We spent the morning touring Gubbio (which is a wonderful medieval town worth spending a few hours). After lunch we walked about 3 ½ hours and arrived at Casalotto around 5pm. They have an amazing brand new kitchen ready for us to use, 4 big rooms with bathroom included and my favorite all of them, each room has its own private entrance. I will recommend to spend the morning in Gubbio and then arrive at Casalotto to have dinner in the most peaceful way. Luca and his family gave us a warmth welcome and their hospitality is the absolute best encountered during our hiking trip.

Posto splendido gestito da una famiglia meravigliosa!!! Vorrei non consigliarlo per paura di non trovare posto

Location straordinaria. Vista mozzafiato sulle colline sottostanti. Camere accoglienti . Una cucina da Masterchef. Vicino a tutto ma lontana da tutti i fastidì del mondo circostante. Gestito con grande attenzione da una famiglia molto premurosa. Grazie Luca e Valentina e ai loro splendidi figli . Torneremo e non è una minaccia è una certezza!!
