Spectacular views around! Excellent service and in the heart of Innichen!

I was impressed by the friendliness, hygiene level, views and convenience of location. I have been there once again with my partner and we will carry on going there for both winter and summer holidays! Only 1 min walk to the ski slope in the winter and only 3 min walk to acqua fun water clopes! laundry room is available and all the staff are approachable and friendly. Department store/supermarket is located at the 1st and ground floor. Fantastic place and example of family run business.

Beautiful place that can choose their guests.

We stayed in August 2022 but I only write now the review. The place is great, big rooms and in the middle of the town. The house is fully equipped and we had a nice apartment. We loved so much this place that we decided to go back in February 2023 but unfortunately there were no space for us (2 adults and 2 children). Then we tried to stay there again in August 2023 but once again there were no space for us. We tried to book again in August 2023 for a week in February 2024 but once again no space for us.
Then now, in September 2023 we found out that a friend of us was able to book for 4 people. When I asked information to Luana (the manager there I guess) she told us that we were not welcome anymore because we left a diaper and a bag of trash in the apartment upon departure in 2022 (just to be clear you pay extra 55 euro upon departure for cleaning fee). The most amazing thing is that they mistaken us with someone else because I remember clearly the moment I went to trash our garbage upon departure.
That's how Schafer Innichen select and discriminate their guests but don't worry, there are plenty of choices to stay in San Candido, way better than than this one. Thanks to their restricted policy on how to chose the guests we found better place to stay nearby!

Piacevole scoperta

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo residence durante le festività natalizie. Tutto è andato per il meglio, residence centrale dotato di tutti i comfort. Personale gentile e competente, un grazie alla Sig.Ra Luana per la sua professionalità. Unica nota stonata l'ampliamento delle luci interne all'appartamento. Speriamo di tornarci!

Cordialità e accoglienza

Abbiamo soggiornato al Residence Innichen di San Candido. Vogliamo sottolineare la cordialità e la disponibilità di Luana che ci ha accolto con grande gentilezza aspettandoci oltre l 'orario di arrivo previsto.
Inoltre la pulizia davvero eccellente dell' appartamento e la posizione del residence ottimi.

Eccellente

Residence molto pulito, ben attrezzato ed in pieno centro del paese.
Parcheggio disponibile nei pressi (compreso nel prezzo).
Molto comodo il negozio sottostante con alimentari, ecc.
Appartamento spazioso e ben arredato.
Ultimo punto, ma non meno importante la gentilezza e disponibilità della Sig.ra Luana.
