The hotel is beautiful, I had a very good time. The waiters are friendly and very kind.
A special thanks goes to the lifeguard Rosario, who is very helpful; his friendliness sets him apart. Recommended place

3-star hotel, good food, nothing to say about our room even though it was dated but functional.
The outdoor pool was terrible, dirty and neglected, as was the outdoor carpet flooring.
But the worst part happened with the beach included in the package, dirty and full of cigarette butts, never cleaned in the two weeks we were there and managed very poorly by the phantom lifeguard, the only person present on the beach to manage everything, attentive only to checking and scolding in a rude way anyone who dared to drink or eat something purchased outside the beach bar, even small children.
Definitely not to be repeated.

4 non-existent stars, upon our arrival the transfer driver greeted us in a rather unpleasant way, basically he blurted out that people were complaining about the facility and the food, I thought he was joking, but he said no. His name is Riccardo. Once arriving at the “hotel” I immediately had the impression of a boarding house and certainly not a 4-star one. There were people from the North who opened their eyes wide at me saying poor things they don't know what awaits us, and they were taking photos everywhere and even up at the pool. My room was really dirty and smelled of damp, I politely asked the guys at the reception if they could do a more thorough cleaning because the curtains smelled and the headboard of the bed was also black. I bought Lysol and disinfectants at my own expense and the ladies who go to the room to clean have to admit they found it. Food? Let's move on…. I ran away after 2 days and luckily I found a wonderful 4-star hotel on the harbor. Never again!!!!

Nice location

Excellent location, room was old fashioned but ok and clean, air conditioning worked properly, dinner service excellent and tasty food but in my opinion too large meals. Beautiful garden area outside the hotel.
The bathroom and the pool area need to be renovated and breakfast could be more varying. The noise level can be improved.
