Avoid if you’re expecting fair treatment or good customer service
This was, without question, one of the worst beach club experiences we’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the staff were horrendously rude, dismissive and condescending. The receptionist literally pushed us to one side so she could serve Italian guests first, despite us already being there. That set the tone for the entire day.
What made the experience even more frustrating was the obvious difference in how guests were treated. Italian guests were allowed to order food and drinks via WhatsApp from their sunbeds, while we were told that we had to walk to the bar every time we wanted anything. There appeared to be one set of rules for locals and another for everyone else.
We were allocated sunbeds in the shade. When we politely asked if we could move to one of the many sunnier beds, we were told everything was sold out and moving wasn’t possible. Strangely, those “sold out” beds remained empty for long periods, while other groups—including an Italian family of five—were allowed to move around freely and occupy around nine sunbeds. The inconsistency was impossible to ignore.
To make matters worse, we were given misleading information about the distance from the port, making it much less convenient to reach than we had been led to believe.
The staff’s attitude throughout the day was appalling. They spoke to us in a patronising manner, seemed completely uninterested in helping, and made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers.
For the prices charged, this place is an absolute rip-off. Customer service costs nothing, yet it was completely absent.
We left feeling disappointed, frustrated and unwelcome. We certainly won’t be returning, and I would never recommend Garden Eden based on our experience.

This place should clearly state online when booking if specific seating is assigned. Had I known that, I never would have come here to sit on the floor and spend my money.
The experience was overpriced from start to finish. When we arrived, we were told there were no other places available, only to then watch people moving around and being seated elsewhere. So once again, we were lied to.
Honesty and transparency cost nothing. If you're charging premium prices, at least be upfront with customers instead of misleading them.
I will never come back, and for anyone considering visiting, make sure you aren't being lied to about seating arrangements before you book.
