Really good
Very satisfied with my Christmas overnight stay at this property
Ultra convenient location for travel, 200 meters from the port.
Room comfortable and beautiful, nice terrace, convenient parking within the structure.
Very kind staff, always present for every need ', Mr. Giancarlo and his son Vincenzo the best concierge I have ever found in my travels

Incorrect... and also a bit ridiculous
We are staying in Ischia, it is the end of the season and the hotel where we are guests will close in days, instead given the good weather we would like to extend the holiday.
I search on Booking availability, I put the filter "PETS ALLOWED" because we are with our 3 greyhounds, among the possible choices appears this hotel.
In fairness, since there are three dogs, I call.
Answers a lady who between "hemmm, ummmm, 3 dogs, I don't know, I ask my husband" says she will call her back: in fact sends wa the next day, writing that yes, they accept us, they grant us the exclusivity of the villa (why????) and the request is eu 1000 for 6 nights.
A THOUSAND??? But on booking the request for those 6 nights is eu 360!!
I ask for clarifications: I explain that I am not in the company of 3 elephants so we need large spaces, and not even 3 fire-breathing dragons that incinerate the other guests with every sigh, and that I do not understand why they should give us the exclusive of the stay asking us to pay for the occupation of the entire hotel when we are simply in the company of 3 whippets (average weight 12 kg each, clean, polite, not bark, accustomed to staying in the hotel and coming with us to the restaurant where they are never noticed for their discretion and education).
He explains that they are attentive to the well-being of their guests, and that 360 eu (remember, price provided on booking, available to anyone who wants to book on this platform) are for a room type NOT suitable for us: very well, then it must be that the rules of access to this hotel are that those who have dogs pay 1000 eu, all the other 360.
Question (to which I did not get an answer since the lady blocked me): would it not be more correct to say that you DO NOT accept animals, if in fact you are so discriminating against those traveling with your dog?
Or, why don't you specify that pets are allowed one per room, and only within a certain weight? And that anyway the requested rate will be about TRIPLE your standard rates?

Meanwhile, we (and our dogs) will look for other accommodation among other more correct Ischian hoteliers, and who have always hosted us over the years without any problem or difficulty

the Owner is a nice and helpful person, the cleaning lady very kind and attentive, the structure is practically new
price below the average of ischia.

excellent solution
Raimondo is a helpful, friendly person and always ready to point out the beauties of his land.
The house is spacious, clean and very quiet, as well as very convenient for the beach, the center and public transport.
My room (a single) on the ground floor was a little small, but nothing was missing anyway.
I certainly recommend staying at Raimondo's.

Location commands to find, especially for those arriving in Ischia Porto on foot.
Well managed villa, with daily cleaning of the common areas.
The owner is a helpful person and tries to accommodate every guest's request.
The icing on the cake is that the main street is 100 meters away and a well-kept free beach is 500 meters from the property.
