Fabulous

Stayed 3 days for Ferragosto at this property. Everything was perfect from the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, the very high professionalism of the waiters, a varied breakfast for all tastes with very fresh pastries every day, and to finish, the Ferragosto buffet accompanied by very pleasant background music. Don’t stay here unless it doesn’t bother you to sleep in a warm room

The hotel will not turn the air conditioning below 23°. On top of that it often shuts off in the middle of the night. I get up three or four times during the night to turn it down to the meager 23 they will allow. The condition and the furniture in the room is OK. Breakfast is fine except there’s not much fresh fruit and it takes a while to get coffee sometimes because they have to serve it. You don’t get it yourself. The location is more than a mile outside the center of town. I didn’t try swimming there, but the pool area looks very nice. However, a couple of my fellow female travelers told me that the ladies room at the pool is a hole in the ground not a regular toilet.

Two lovely calming days

We spent two lovely calming nights staying here. Staff, gardens, pools, lake access and breakfast smoked salmon scrambled eggs sat out on a beautiful terrace with a great coffee. Lovely! !

special stay

We stayed one night to celebrate a special birthday as a family, and we could not have made a better choice. Everything was truly well-maintained and clean, from the rooms to the beautiful garden, from the breakfast room to the lobby, from the pool to the quality of the dining.
ALL the staff were RARELY helpful, sensitive, and kind. They met all our disability needs, letting us live 2 dream days. A special mention to the chef (thank you!!), the maître d' and the dining room staff, the SPA staff (SPECIAL ❤️), the lifeguard (young guy), and Ms. Enza from the reception service—you were moving! Heartfelt thanks!
