Villa Giannina, a perfect vacation!
The property is a jewel immersed in an enchanting setting, in a strategic position close to the "Blue Flag" beaches of Santa Maria del Focallo and the baroque cities.
The pool, which opened very recently, is a relaxation spot with two splendid trees that provide shade that is simply perfect for those who want to find rest and tranquility after a day at the beach or a cultural visit.
We stayed for almost two weeks, enjoying the breakfasts prepared by Rosalba in the morning: toasted almond granita, cannoli with cream or ricotta, fruit, delights for the palate to start the day in the best way.
A special thanks and mention to Michele, the owner, an exquisite person, present and available (even when your flight from Catania is canceled...) with the ability to make the guest feel "at home" while simultaneously conveying his love for his land.
I will not tell you more, because successful surprises must be experienced and not just recounted.

We stayed at the facility during the Ferragosto holidays, and we had a really good time.
Let's start by saying that it is equipped with a convenient and large parking lot, so zero stress.
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by the fantastic Rosalba. She was very sweet and extremely helpful, and she took us on a tour of the entire agritourism property.
The rooms are equipped with everything necessary, and they are clean and comfortable.
Every morning breakfast is served outside, and there are excellent quality artisanal products.
The pool is also excellent, where one could relax peacefully, enjoying a pleasant sea view and, above all, without overcrowding as usually happens.
Extremely strategic location.
Exiting the property, there is a convenient bar/deli that also acts as a trattoria and pizzeria.
The beach of Santa Maria del Focallo is truly very close.
About a 15-minute drive away, you arrive in Pozzallo, where there are equally beautiful beaches and nightlife for young people.
In short, it is ideal for those who want to spend a few days in tranquility, while still being able to take advantage of various services.
At the end of our stay, the host, Michele, delighted us with a gift to take with us.
An idea that in our opinion could provide further convenience would be to create a bar area inside the property for the afternoon hours as well.
It would be really pleasant to be able to use the green space, perhaps while sipping a cocktail or a coffee to recharge.
We highly recommend it!

Authentic Sicily
Villa Giannina is enchanting. A residence with the flavor of Sicily from another time, immersed in the countryside, close to the sea, which can be admired while sitting by the pool. Delicious breakfasts, with granita, cannoli, and homemade desserts. Michele, the owner, is very kind, exquisite, caring, and available. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely return.

Quiet and wonderful place, very close beaches, excellent cleanliness, super breakfast, especially almond granita, kindness, availability and sympathy to the maximum, thanks Michele lovely person.
