WE ARE NOT HAPPY AT ALL
As can be seen from the numerous terrible reviews of this hotel, the hotel is truly disappointing. It is in a location that is in itself favorable on the second side street from the sea, it has a rooftop pool and the merits end there. Dirty rooms, rusty bathroom faucets, thin pillows, pigeon droppings on the windowsills and on the external curtains. Taciturn and absent staff.
Summary breakfast where if you arrive after a certain time you find nothing.
A base hotel for a few days among friends who do not expect anything other than a roof over their heads and air conditioning (that really pushes).
P.s: mention for the water pressure of the shower which comes out very strongly, something I appreciated.
Never again.

Structure to improve.
Jesolo Pineta is a quiet area perfect for those seeking relaxation, but the hotel needs renovation and more maintenance. Room with broken tiles, very small shower, and full of limescale.
Simple breakfast but quite varied. Unfortunately, the staff in the breakfast room was not very courteous. A thank you, however, to the blonde girl at the reception, always kind, smiling, and helpful.
It's a shame, because with some improvements and greater attention to service, it could be a much better establishment.

Utter Shambles!
Utter shambles! I have NEVER encountered such a shambles of a system! When I arrived I was informed that my reservation was cancelled because you're supposed to reply to the reservation you receive! To cap it all - the receptionist shouted at me when I politely inquired whether or not that e-mail had been sent as I couldn't remember reading that part. I have stayed in hotels for years and this is the first time this has happened! Plus the management accused ME of being abusive towards the staff when I sent an e-mail! Take my advice and steer clear!

Life-threatening expirince in Christian hotel
If you care for your life and your children life, Do Not Go To This Hotel!!!
We spent one night there on 14th June 2026 and we are lucky we are alive.
During the night ananknown person entered our room through the balkony while we were a sleep. He was going through the room and stole money and jewelery, my wife incidentally woke up and saw him standing next to our bed!! She stated screaming and he started running from one balcony to another and escape.
The most tragic thing is that the so call "hotel" security didn't do anything. They said we left the blinds on the door half opened and that is it. We asked him to call the police but he didn't.
The city security also didn't do anything. The recpcionist also.
They all said nothing to be done, that those situations are not rear nad that was it.
When we were checking on, the receptionist didn't worn us even though she new how unsfaety it is. THE DO NOT HAVE CAMERA, NO ALARM, THE SECURITY IS USELESS. AVOID THIS HOTEL, YOUR SAFETY AND YOU CHILDREN SAFETY IS MOST IMPORTANT.

AWFUL.
We arrived at the hotel, there's a sign that says if we don't close the windows and curtains, an EXTERNAL theft could occur. It obviously gives me a bad vibe.
I go up to my room everything looked decent until we checked well, BEDS WITH HAIR (not ours), the bathroom with black mushrooms in the shower and in the bathroom, the bathroom cup was non-existent as well.
I go to check the pieces of my colleagues and I find pillows with yellow spots, holes and even some with RED spots (I don't know if it was sauce or directly blood).
The walls look like mushrooms but they're painted over the top.
