A wonderful vacation!
Very beautiful hotel, in a fabulous location. Very kind, helpful, attentive, and prepared staff. The owner Michele is an exquisite person, with a rare sensitivity and truly commendable manners, which made us feel welcomed; as parents of a girl with Down Syndrome, we really appreciated... Facility accessible to people with and without motor disabilities, which knows how to welcome you and make you feel at home... excellent cuisine in quality and quantity. I, being a vegetarian, found an incredible variety of fruits, vegetables, and legumes. Absolutely the best vacation in 56 years of life. What can I say? We will definitely be back!

Family vacation
Good morning, we stayed in June with my mother and my nephew. I must premise that I have been coming to Jesolo for many years, but I had never been to your place. Well, saying it is a 4-star hotel is an exaggeration, especially regarding the cuisine. In fact, that is the reason why it was disappointing for us. We have eaten much better in other 3-star hotels. I am sorry because we liked the service, the room, and the beach. Unfortunately, we will not return.

Hotel advertised as 4 stars, but it appears to be 3. Good location, by the sea with beach service included in the price. The pool is a bit old, but comfortable and always sunny. Reception staff is not professional. The restaurant staff is truly top-notch. The young man at the pool is courteous and attentive.
Breakfast and dinner buffet are very varied but not of excellent quality. Renovated superior rooms, nice bathroom, comfortable shower. Zero availability to accommodate the customer after checkout.
Many details need to be reviewed: water in the minibar, wires and clips for hanging swimsuits, too many chaotic children, and more prepared reception staff.

Avoid it. At least during carnival.
I don't usually put such negative comments but it was really horrible.
Room: there is a minibar but not even a bottle of mineral water in it. They said there was a safe, but there wasn't. No makeup mirror in the bathroom. Not even 20° in the bedroom and about 15° in the bathroom. (No heating or towel warmer in the bathroom, which keeps the towel wet from shower to shower).
Breakfast: the buffet food is not bad. What is advertised as orange juice is actually just too diluted a syrup. As for the capuccino generated by a machine, I couldn't swallow it.
Evening meal: buffet style. Don't change much from one day to the next. I had never been hit with the fake shrimp... (shrimp thing but actually a kind of surimi...). Anything.
The only really positive thing I see is that it is very clean, both at the level of the room and the common areas.
