An experience not to be repeated

I went to this hotel with a couple of friends for the Italian bocce championships
Being intolerant, I didn't find anything available even after asking, and at breakfast, not even fruit was available..
On the last day of our stay, the cook was also absent for dinner, so we had to search for a long time before finding a pizzeria..
None of the three nights of our stay was the bed made, and the bathroom cleaning was very superficial...finally, the property is pleasant, but the staff, although kind, is not very helpful; you always have to look for them every time you need something.

hotel with a good price-quality ratio but it is absolutely not a 4-star. It would be better if it were downgraded to three stars: malfunctioning air conditioning, laundry hangers, friendly but loud staff (those on the floor), intermittent water supply.

Kindness and cordiality

I slept in the hotel for a passing night. I was assigned a room on the third floor.
The room is large and spacious and then completely renovated recently, you can smell the new. The room level is almost five stars.
Another nice surprise was the hotel restaurant, with dishes of Calabrian cuisine cooked really well and at a really affordable price.
Another positive note is the kindness of all the staff.
I think I will definitely return
