Superb property near Cosenza but in the middle of nature

I was in this property a few days ago. It is in a wonderful place, surrounded by greenery and with an incredible view. Apartment spacious, cozy and spotless. Breakfast varied and hearty and with fresh homemade cakes. Mrs. Maria Francesca who deserves to be thanked once again, is of a kindness and hospitality that goes beyond the professionalism of an attentive and competent manager. We really felt at home. I was so sorry to have to leave

Perfect.

Cute and spacious, very kind home bulb. We thought we'd find a room, but we had a whole apartment, comfortable and nice. Nothing is missing, from the kitchen with dishwasher to the washing machine, Cosenza can be reached in a few minutes, really super recommended

And for those who love animals there is a big dog that accompanied us all week and made us fall in love with his tenderness!
Highly recommended place for those who need to rest from the chaos of big cities ..

All right.

Very good, nice host super . It was clean... if I had to say anything it was very hot in the apartment because no air conditioning.
But that is a detail.

Don't trust them

The space indoors and outdoors was very clean 10/10 for cleanliness. We were booked there for 19 days, 5 of us stayed in one unit. We bought groceries to fill the kitchen/fridge. We were gone touring one night and arrived to our entire fridge dethawed and all of our food spoiled. The portable air conditioner was off despite leaving it on when we left. There was evidence that someone had been in our unit. They overheard us speaking to each other in our room about our disappointment but instead of being professional and speaking to us they called a local family member of ours to complain about what they overheard. We were not allowed a change of sheets unless we gave them our soiled ones first as well as towels which we got 1 set each. We finally got a clean change of linens after 12 days which was completely disgusting. We washed our towels to keep those fresh. For the professional aspect only we do not recommend anyone stay here. Unfortunately it was a huge disappointment in that department. They also have a very large dog that roams and barks in your fave intimidating you. They were made aware that my daughter is very allergic as well as frightened of large dogs yet they let it out all day intimidating us. 0/10 for professionalism.
