Perfect base for visiting Lecce!!
I booked a room in this B&B for a short stay.
The manager was immediately very helpful in welcoming us and providing information on places of interest and restaurants nearby.
The structure is small (there are only 2 rooms) with private bathroom and shared kitchen. Everything brand new and super welcoming!
The thing I liked most was the cleanliness and attention to detail.
For breakfast there was a coffee machine and other packaged food available, which is great for a first snack before getting dressed and going out! We then went to the nearby historic center and ate local specialities!
The location is really convenient for getting around on foot and visiting the city without having to use the car and has an excellent quality/price ratio!
The internal parking is perfect.
Highly recommended!
Ps: if there was a bike service it would be perfect because there are several cycle paths available!

Good stay with a CATASTROPHIC CONCLUSION, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Good stay with a CATASTROPHIC CONCLUSION, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
My partner and I stayed in the b & b from 7 to 10 August (3 nights and 4 days).
We enjoyed it from a logistical point of view.
On the day of departure, 2 hours after leaving the b&b, we receive a call from the Owner who angry, without even giving us the opportunity to reply or simply talk, accuses us of having scammed him:
- He tells us that we were three to stay in the b & b and that instead we had paid for two. Which is absolutely absurd! Since it is the Owner’s father, who welcomed us and saw us arrive in two, my partner and I, as well as the other two guests in the other room, with whom it happened more than once to catch each other in the common areas have only ever seen the two of us.
- He also told us that the other two guests had confirmed that he had seen three of us in the b & b (which I think he clearly made up).
- He accused us of duplicating the keys to the house, you do not understand to make us that.
- We were taken for thieves openly for no reason.
- He also accused us of ripping him off and ordered us never to return.
- He also told us, since he convinced himself that there were three of us, he said verbatim: “I don’t care what you do...” alluding to intimate, completely inappropriate and unfounded speeches.
All this happened because the Owner, who lives adjacent to the b & b overlooking his balcony saw three people loading a car and thought it was us. (We also saw the three people and greeted them in the lobby, as if by minimum politeness)
He didn't ask for any confirmation from his father, who had seen us coming if we were the ones.
He did not make sure that that was not our car, since by the way we always parked it on the other side of the parking lot (choice decided on the first day with the father, because there was more shade)
It is advisable before accusing your guests so seriously to have firm evidence and not rely on a fleeting view.
Just because there are two gray cars doesn't mean they're the same.
WE WILL NEVER RETURN and alas I would advise against this b & b openly.
Ps. At the first phone call I received I found myself totally disoriented and unprepared and unable to defend myself (she gave me no way).
On the second phone call left by me after making local mind with my partner about everything and reporting all our reasons, the Owner found himself disoriented and found himself unable to justify in a logical way the accusations made.
Subsequently after sending a voicemail complaining about the treatment received, I still did not receive any Response of apology.
Evidently, this is how we work here.

Posizione strategica per arrivare in centro, parcheggio interno ed ottima pulizia delle camere.
La nostra camera non aveva il bidet (non era segnato nelle informazioni), la posizione è centrale ma in una zona molto solitaria la notte... Colazione estremamente semplice e di scarsa qualità (tutto imbustato da supermercato)... Camera non insonorizzata (si sentiva lo scarico della camera affianco)
