Chilling, never had such a bad experience

Upon arrival dirty house and walls with moisture in several places.
Difficulty getting in touch with the managers, rude to say the least.
Waited 2 hours for the person who had to clean, missing important appointment in the afternoon.
Forced to find other accommodation for the night.
After 2 weeks we still wait for the refund.
We have trusted counsel for reimbursement and for damages claim.
Strongly discouraged.

If I could I would have given 0

Bad experience. Reservation confirmed and paid in advance, but the property has proved completely unreliable. I was required to check in online via app; I reported being abroad and having difficulties, without ever receiving a response.
Arrived at the property, I checked in online anyway, but the access code to the apartment was never sent. No answering calls, no assistance, total absence of communication.
Only at 21:30, after the Booking assistance, we were informed that the structure could no longer accommodate us. This is unacceptable and, in my view, incorrect behaviour. Without the intervention of Booking we would have been without accommodation. I highly recommend this property.

Terrible, anything but ideal

Found PROPHYLACTIC USED under the bed.
OVERBOOKING for 5 apartments (including ours) in their twenties present in the complex and these Christ pores who were screwed could not contact anyone in the management.
House rented for 4 but in addition to a double bed there was only this uncomfortable L-shaped sofa without even sheets or pillows.
Also upstairs there is a BATHROOM with walls that do not reach the ceiling and instead of making it windowed they thought well to leave the "space" for this useless desk where you can not even sit.
BELL TOWER in front ringing every hour from 8:00 a.m.
I never write reviews but I hope this helps to avoid cheating other people

Absolutely not recommended, hideous apartment

I don’t even know where to start, when we arrived we were amazed to see a prison instead of a palace. When we arrived at the gate to enter it would not open despite checking in online. We tried to call the facility but it was responding to a bot that didn't even help us. After 20 Min we managed to get the number of the owner who gave us the codes for the apartments. But the "surprises" weren't over yet: Dirty apartment, working air conditioner but leaking water and going to end up near the electrical outlets (dangerous). Terrible bathroom, the top was open so you could hear all the noises the smells all over the house, and also above the shower there was a hole where I found 2 spiders (fear). Dirty curtains. The thing that disappointed me most were the vending machines: coffee machine gave 5 ml of warm water, food dispenser broken. During the night we heard noises all the time. Council to tourists or those thinking of staying here go know somewhere else. Instead, the owner fixes these "horrors I found*.

Scam to which discrimination is added!

Accommodation in FUIR, I absolutely do not recommend!
A minimum age requirement of 25 years is required to enter the accommodation but this is of course only mentioned during the online check-in and not before booking, otherwise we would not have booked when we were 24 years old. We contacted the aparthotel which showed no professionalism and no care of its responsibilities despite the supporting evidence provided.
Purpose: we could not come to the accommodation, one night in hotel paid for nothing!
