A special evening

We booked in this b & b on 21/12/24 for a special event, the birthday of my girlfriend and for a special evening at Modigliani Forum unforgettable.... the b & b is located right in front of Porta San Marco, Livorno even on foot in 10/15/20 minutes you can reach both the seafront and the "center", the Venice district, where here there are many restaurants for all budgets and where you really eat really well .. our room "Linda" clean and spacious the right x two people and also the spacious and clean bathroom .. even if it is located on a main road a little 'busy but is well soundproofed .. the kitchen x breakfast is shared where here then choose jams, croissants, honey, Nutella and make a coffee, everything you need to make a simple breakfast but still right, even the kitchen clean and clearly should be released clean for the next clienti..All managed by Linda where unfortunately you can only hear her by phone but it is as if she were there with you, guides you through everything step by step, from check-in to the time of greetings, very kind and extremely available for any clarification, responds immediately without problems... I recommend this b & ' for those looking for a room that is for a night or more and comfortable for those who take the ferries ..

Only one night

I took this Accommodation from booking I can tell you that we would stay there again.. For the kindness of the sign who explained all the steps to check in .. Small room but there is all bathroom clean and equipped basic breakfast parking place easy to find for quality price we would stay there again .. Great for those arriving by ship and want to lean and then leave

passing through to catch the ferry the next morning...I was immediately perplexed by the fact that the room was facing the busy road, but I have to change my mind, the room was well soundproofed and comfortable...good and comprehensive breakfast...worth keeping in the column to return...thank you...
