Excellent cleanliness a stone's throw from the sea

B & B in the countryside a few steps from the sea. Strong point comfortable spaces and above all excellent cleanliness of the rooms despite a dated home but kept maniacally by Marco the owner who with his passion for the history of Taranto and the Spartans gives you moments of interesting culture, ah and then excellent breakfast croissants

EXCELLENT

My husband and I stayed for a week's holiday.
The proximity to the sea (and what a sea!!!) is really fantastic in two minutes walk we were at the beach.
The thing that amazed me most about this place is the REALLY “MANIC” CLEANING every day rooms and premises were perfect!
And then we had the pleasure of meeting Marco the Owner, who every day enriched us with his knowledge... a great pleasure to be welcomed by people like him!
Recommended for those seeking peace and relaxation a stone's throw from the sea.

A proper B&B in a superb location

The five stars I have given this B&B doesn't mean it's luxury accommodation – but that it is a great B&B that I'd be happy to stay in again. Good sized room with a large patio, mosquito screens (essential!), but above all a friendly owner willing and keen to share his knowledge of the area – Marco is from nearby Taranto, and he is a big fan of everything to do with it, especially its Spartan origins. Breakfast included a delicious tomato focaccia, and he cooked scrambled eggs for me. The beach is outstanding with spotlessly clean sand and water, though the public bit of it isn't that large and might be very crowded in summer. You'll need to drive for dinner too, as the beach restaurant appears to have closed, though since that might take you to La Barca to eat, that's no hardship.

Marco....

Location PULITISSIMA, tutto perfetto, si vede e si sente profumo di pulito in tutta la struttura,giardino curato, comodo il posto auto, posizione ottimale per spostarsi lungo la litoranea, ma il top della struttura è Marco il proprietario della struttura che rende il soggiorno strepitoso, gli manca solo la lira e come un vecchio cantastorie ti delizia durante il servizio colazione. Consigliato sia per famiglie che coppie, sicuramente torneremo a far visita a Marco e al Phalanthos.

Una struttura da sogno

Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in questa struttura da sogno e siamo rimasti affascinati! Marco, il proprietario, è una persona straordinaria che raramente hai la fortuna di incontrare nella vita. A prescindere dal servizio e dal trattamento che ti riserva durante tutto il soggiorno, dalla colazione alla pulizia impeccabile della camera ci tengo a sottolineare la gentilezza e la massima disponibilità che ci ha riservato. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana piacevolissima e lo consiglio per chi ha voglia di staccare la spina dalla routine quotidiana. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente!
