Dinner on the sand

I state that I did not sleep in this hotel, but I had dinner in its restaurant. Saturday night dinner without reservation: we ate in the outdoor tables, right on the sand. It was a pleasure. Fast Service and customer care. All fish and all very tasty. We had a lovely evening.

All smoke and mirrors... watch out!

The restaurant atmosphere with tables on the beach is very pleasant, as is the service from the waiters who, although they alternated with a bit of confusion, were helpful and discreet.
The food, apart from a seafood salad appetizer, did not meet the expectations of the venue and the final bill presented.
Frozen food, even noted on the menu, was bland, not well-seasoned, and had rubbery seafood.
I believe one should taste what one offers to one's guests.
Regrettably very disappointing.

Disappointing!
Double room worn out, closet glass sliding door broken; we were only able to put our things away on the day of arrival after complaining four times and a partial repair.
The food was only lukewarm to cold. The same selection every day, hardly any side dishes. For a 4-star hotel, VERY disappointing.

Never again

To start, we were snubbed for 45 minutes by the waiter before he took our order; when he did take the order, he was too busy minding his own business, so much so that the dishes arrived at the table completely wrong, and by then a good hour had already passed. Meanwhile, when it came time for the bill, the waiter was busy making toasts with another group of foreigners. After having to urge them to let us pay, we found dishes on the bill that we never ordered and never received—adding insult to injury! Rudeness, arrogance, and dishonesty; shame on you and remember that we customers pay your salary, all of us, not just the foreigners who are sitting ducks to be plucked!

We are not satisfied...

I must say that the hotel is beautiful, the pools are nice, and the location is strategic, but the rest is a disaster. To start with, how can there not be a vegetable buffet in a four-star hotel by the sea? Are we joking? With those prices, they bring you the salad, and it is of terrible quality, not even pre-packaged, and with ridiculous portions, to say the least... Not to mention the dinner; I have never had such bland, meager, and poor-quality dishes, not even in a hospital cafeteria. The staff is mostly unprepared, and the bartender is very unfriendly, not to mention the owner!! We witnessed arguments and reprimands in the middle of everything, which is absurd.
In the morning, breakfast would be decent if it weren't for the crowd of Germans and Austrians who storm it as soon as it opens. Getting a coffee with the only two automatic machines is a challenge; the eggs run out constantly, and so do the plates, leaving you standing there waiting continuously.
I am sorry, but in 30 years of vacations in high-end hotels, I have never had to write such a review, but it is absolutely necessary here, hoping they take it as a cue to improve and provide a worthy service!!
