Super super and many many many thanks

I would like to thank all the staff; they are incredibly friendly. I arrived without a reservation and was still warmly welcomed. My daughter has a heart condition, and when they found out about it, they took touching care of her, gave me their best apartment, and accompanied me there. They helped me with my luggage and my children. The apartment was clean and tidy, the air conditioning worked, and the area was very quiet. I can highly recommend this wonderful accommodation. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My family and I are very grateful to them. On my next trip, I will certainly visit them again.

4 stars only for the prices

One-week stay and every morning we found dog feces in front of the mobile home that remained
until I decided to remove them myself because they smelled in the sun.
At the beginning of the stay, I was given a tag with the mobile home number to occupy one of the parking spaces
reserved. After 2 days, the parking space in question was occupied by a car that didn't have a permit.
When I pointed this out, I was told to leave a note for them ???. Why do you give out permits if you don't check them? And I have to deal with it.
Anyway, apart from the location and the pool, only the prices are 4-star.
I also understand that it is difficult to deal with so many people of many different nationalities, but the "friendliness," with a few rare exceptions,
was very much lacking.

Dirty, expensive with an embarrassing restaurant

Terrible restaurant... Very expensive and with inadequate staff. Campsite pitch found dirty. Inflated prices, furthermore I was not given a receipt at the restaurant, highly unrecommended.
It might be fine for the Germans, but for Italians who want to have a good time, it is not up to par

Not what we expected for this price

Limone is beautiful but this camping is older and photos are showing a camp site that seems to be in a better condition, given that this campsite had the highest price per night we expected more, during our round trip around Switzerland we had much better and cheaper locations, not super bad but disappointed

Improve the welcome, maintenance, and pool cleaning! Provide information upon arrival and don't just ask for money!

We stayed at Villa Gold for two nights and, unfortunately, the price-quality ratio turned out to be decidedly disappointing.
The small villa was in less-than-ideal maintenance condition: the shower was broken (faucet leak and non-functioning showerhead), the cabinet doors were misaligned, and the provided pots were not suitable for the induction cooktop (some did not work). The level of cleanliness was also insufficient regarding the pool: the outdoor paving over several days seemed not to have been washed during the stay, remaining visibly stained with ice cream and other residues from previous days. A sore point for the reception staff, particularly the younger ones: little information and meager advice and directions. We did not really like a hint of irony during the explanation of some problems with the villa. However, we would like to make two exceptions: the lady with short hair at the reception (whose name we do not remember), the only one to recommend restaurants to us and give us the discount code for the boat and other information. Upon arrival, no one had given us this information other than asking for advance payment (it should always be done afterward at the end of the stay once the service has been verified) and the guy at the minimarket, one of the few to prove himself super kind and professional. I don't think we will return. It is a real shame because the place is in a truly ideal location near the lake and Limone sul Garda (easily reachable on foot). The current management needs to be improved.
