Incredibly great hotel with uniquely friendly staff

Incredibly friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast is absolutely excellent, we also ate lunch there, and everything was absolutely great here too. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and optimally equipped. The location is perfect, not far from the city and yet far enough away not to notice the sulfur gases. I must say, by far one of the best places I have ever been—not because of the amenities, but because of the people who work there. In general, one can say that the people here on the island are incredibly friendly, accommodating, and relaxed. It was a great experience to have been here. We thank you for a perfect vacation.

Unforgettable stay!!!

A wonderful stay in this simple but refined hotel with every desirable comfort. The location is definitely the best one can find on the whole island: the hotel overlooks the Acque Bianche beach directly with its volcanic gas vents, and you just have to cross the road to find yourself on the Sabbie Nere beach with its crystal-clear waters.
The famous “mud pool” is about 100m away on the same street.
The hotel maintenance is very well taken care of and the rooms are fresh, neat and very clean. The pool water, heated by the summer sun, is more than very pleasant. Breakfast is simple but varied, with truly very fresh products. The real strong point of the hotel, however, is the staff, always available, very courteous, very polite and empathetic: not even in the most luxurious hotels have we ever happened to meet People like that...! WELL DONE! IT WAS AN UNFORGETTABLE STAY in a truly beautiful hotel and on this wonderful island!!!

Customer care that made all the difference

Exceptional customer service, even before arrival
Although we ultimately had to cancel our reservation due to an honest booking mistake, I felt compelled to share this experience.
The reservation was booked under a non-refundable policy, and initially it seemed there would be no solution. However, after direct communication with the hotel, Ms. Lorena Piazza and the Eros Hotel team showed remarkable kindness, professionalism, and understanding.
Even though they were under no obligation to do so, they chose to approve the cancellation without penalty as a gesture of goodwill. In a hospitality industry where policies are often applied rigidly, this level of empathy and customer care is truly exceptional.
This experience alone tells me a lot about how this hotel treats its guests, and because of this, Eros Hotel will absolutely be the first choice for my family and me for our summer holiday in 2027.
Thank you again to the entire team for your generosity and professionalism.

Our stay at Hotel Eros was terrific. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the proximity to beaches. The pool was lovely. Breakfast had many options and was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Loved this hotel. The ac worked really well. The bed was comfy and room was clean. I enjoyed the light lunch and breakfast options. It’s a plus that you can walk right to acqua calda from the property, a stunning beach with a clear sea. It’s about a 8 minute walk to town/the port. The staff was wonderful and I thank them for a great stay.
