Well-equipped apartments in a good location.

I have been to Chalet Mistral for the second time, first in the "Anna" apartment which is ideal for a couple and now in the Laura apartment which is great for a family. Apartment "Anna" is on the ground floor, although it is not big, but it is cozy and elegant. Apartment "Laura" is on the second floor, it is spacious and fully equipped and also has a beautiful view of Livigno, especially at night. Thanks to the owner named Laura, I always felt welcome and communication in English was easy. Chalet Mistral has a good location, it is at the end of the street above the town, so it is quiet, but at the same time it is a short distance from the supermarket and the slopes.

beautiful location with amazing views

We have been to Livigno a few times, but this time we discovered our favorite place. We stayed at Appartment Anna, that has amazing views and a nice terrace to enjoy some sunshine after skiing. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful, tho location quiet and right on the slopes offering amazing views. We are definitely coming back next winter.

Highly recommendable

Close to perfect, booking, communication before arrival, stay and departure was all perfect. Friendly owners, making sure that we were OK settled and happy with our stay. If not for the lack of snow if would have been all perfect....

Quiet & spacious with beautiful view

We were a family of 4 staying in the very spacious and well equipped Apartment Laura. This accommodation is located in a quiet little street overlooking the village, great view! Only approx 200m from bus stop, ski rental shop and supermarket. In the mornings we skied right to the bus stop but due to the uphill we took a taxi back in the afternoon, which is just a phone call away. Laura and her family is super friendly and did everything to make our stay unforgettable! Will definitely return!

A lovely apartment on the ski slopes of Livigno!

Chalet Mistral is a lovely spacious, charming chalet in a great location in Livigno. Standing at the end of the road Via Pozz on a hill overlooking the village it is a ski-in ski-out apartment for anyone skiing on the nearby ski run. The main shopping area in Saroch, supermarkets, ski hire, restaurants and the ski bus stop can be reached via a comfortable +-200 metre walk down a road which was kept constantly snow-ploughed during our Jan 2014 stay. In fact, snowploughs were seen constantly clearing roads and grooming slopes early each morning and late each night - very impressive! We are a family of 5, and our apartment was warm, spacious, very clean and very comfortable with a lovely kitchen/dining area and a very much appreciated steam jet shower at the end of a hard day on the slopes. With LED TV and excellent WI-FI. We appreciated the extra 'festive' touches that Laura added, and we loved the beautiful view of the mountains and the village from our balcony.
Laura /Family Cusini are warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. We found everything well organised and friendly, and we would definitely return!
HELPFUL HINT: Laura does offer ski storage for ski equipment which is perfect for those travellers with cars, however suggest that if you are on foot like we were, that you rather opt to store your ski's and boots in lockers on the slopes as walking uphill carrying ski's can be tricky. I can recommend Max's ski rental on the main slopes at Costaccia #25.
