Livigno never lets you down

We stayed with friends and our children at Francesin for 5 nights, extremely positive experience, hotel in a strategic position a few steps from the pedestrian area of Livigno and that allows you to get in a few minutes walk to the ski lifts that connect you to the side of Carosello 3000 , avoiding the sky bus that instead you have to take to ski in the side of Mottolino , with a stop in front of the Hotel; several shops adjacent to the Hotel for the rental of ski equipment, all very well stocked.
The rooms of the Hotel are, for all types, very large and panoramic, the spacious bathroom with comfortable shower cabin; the structure does not have a restaurant, but in the nearby areas there are all kinds of places to have lunch and dinner, on the other hand, the breakfast is very rich and varied, with high quality products.
The wellness centre is another highlight of the Hotel, perhaps the only one with an indoor pool, connected with an outdoor whirlpool, with the water temperature at 33° , which relaxes you after a day on the skis, as well as there are also various saunas available.
The staff of the Hotel attentive to all the needs of guests and still very cooperative and always available to meet the various requests.
In short, a little gem, with an unbeatable quality / price ratio, to be recommended absolutely if you want to spend an unforgettable holiday in Livigno.

Centrally located hotel without being in the pedestrian zone. Superior triple room clean, bright (large window on the facade) and new bathroom with small window. Mini fridge in the room with different drinks, teapot and various tea and coffee bags.
They leave in the room a bag with bathrobes and slippers to access the pool / spa area
Sofa transformed into a comfortable Third Party bed.
Breakfast: abandoning, with various choices from sweet to savory. Truly spoiled for choice.
Common facilities: small bar that we did not use, indoor pool with amazing outdoor views and fantastic spa area.
Very helpful staff
Parking area: front and back of the hotel.
Gym: we didn’t use it but we were surprised by the variety of tools. Very interesting

Staying as a couple with a dog

Hotel just outside the pedestrian area of Livigno (2 minutes walk). For friendly without surcharge. Clean, spacious, bright rooms with double balcony. Very beautiful. Modern and very comfortable bathroom. Too bad without a window. Pool and spa area large, clean and equipped. Gym available. Very good massage Service. Breakfast in a room not too large but excellent varied and quality buffet. Small bar available on site. Private parking quite capacious. Great area to stay in Livigno and great hotel. Prices in line forthe place
