Fabulous experience

Great facility for cleanliness and order and especially for the serenity of the place.
The icing on the cake is the Owner's welcome: Matteo was very kind and very helpful for our requests.

Fantastic experience!
I found this B&B by chance, while I was looking for a temporary room during the renovation of my house. I was really impressed:
Surrounded by greenery: a spectacular and very well-kept park.
Stunning room: large, bright and with attention to the smallest details. The furniture is carefully chosen and the bathroom is spacious and equipped with everything you need.
Impeccable cleanliness: the environment in general is very clean and well designed.
Very comfortable bed: with a top mattress.
Kind and helpful owner: always ready to help me and give me advice.
Excellent as a base for both work and leisure.

An oasis of peace

We celebrated our child's baptism in this truly beautiful location.
We immediately fell in love with this beautiful park with tensile structures, very well looked after and well equipped (refrigerators, barbecues, tables, benches and a beautiful lawn with football goals for children)
Matteo is a very helpful host and ready to find a solution for any eventuality.
The park really lends itself to any type of event
Do I recommend this location? ABSOLUTELY YES!

Little transparency

The structure deserves it but the manager asked for 10 euros for each hour of delay, for a total of 45, EXAGGERATING it. Obviously the delay was unintentional as it was due to work emergencies and motorway construction sites (the latter created a delay of 90' per queue). Like other structures, he could have BEEN SATISFIED with 10/15/max 20 euros. He also wanted to be paid for the half hour. On booking it doesn't quantify the extra he claimed for each hour. Too bad, he lost some potential customers.

lovely experience

We arrived at a magical place after the owner of the place, Matteo, kept in touch with us before arriving. The rooms are big and very clean. We received good and useful advices for trips. Exact instructions during our stay in the place for shopping and entertainment. Highly recommended to anyone who wants proximity to Milan, Lake Maggiore and the surrounding areas and wants to enjoy a very quiet, clean and luxurious atmosphere. The owner of the place is kind and hospitable and the children enjoy space for games and fun
Hope to visit at this place again and soon as posible
