A GOOD HOTEL
Good resort hotel with a very nice view from the spacious terraces of the rooms on Lake Iseo. Basic rooms but very important really very clean. Noteworthy to emphasize the courtesy and kindness of the owner.

Various aspects can be improved
The structure is well maintained, the garden and the small swimming pool, a little 'pretty, are cared for, the lady who runs the 'hotel is friendly.
The room and the balcony with a beautiful view of the lake are what we were looking for, the bathroom a little 'small but the shower with hydromassage makes it appreciate, the breakfast varied enough.
Some things need to be reviewed.
The floor of the room on our arrival was a bit dusty and with a lot of dog hair and remained so even on the second day of stay, the curtain is not enough to prevent the 'ingress of light, the balcony should have separates between the views of the rooms.
Small things can improve although they do not affect my judgment: it lacks a light on the bathroom mirror and it would take at least one socket above the bedside tables in addition to the one where the lamp is inserted, usually b&bs and hotels are equipped with a set of 3 towels here of two, a fridge would be useful.

Cosy family hotel with exceptional views.
Fantastic cozy and genuine Italian family hotel.
The hotel is just on the outskirts of Clusane with a short walk to the cosy harbour in the centre of the city.
The family that runs the hotel is incredibly nice and helps you with everything, including the local recommendations.
Remember to finally taste the delicious Franciacorta wines for which the area is known and famous.

Fantastic hotel
We stayed for a weekend and immediately liked it for the slightly raised position compared to Lake la with great views of the same. Surrounded by greenery and very quiet. Beautiful room with balcony overlooking the lake, comfortable beds, large bathroom and very spacious. Beautiful pool and excellent and plentiful breakfast, then made outside with lake view even better. Staff very friendly, friendly and knowledgeable. Absolutely recommended

A wonderful discovery on Lake Iseo..
We stayed at this hotel near Lake Iseo and it was a real discovery! The management is entrusted to friendly, kind and always available people: Nadia and Paolo really know how to pamper their guests.
The rooms were spotless, tidy, fragrant and incredibly comfortable. From the terrace we were also lucky enough to enjoy a wonderful view of the lake.
Breakfast was another highlight: from sweet to savory, everything delicious! In particular, I loved bread with bacon and ham, and desserts like pain au chocolat and biscuits with jam.
From the first telephone contact until the final greeting, we felt welcomed with warmth and attention. You can clearly feel the passion they put into their work, visible in the details and care for the guests.
We will not easily forget these days: we felt at home. We will be back soon!
