Great value, would recommend
I stayed here on both the first and last nights of my trip. It is a simple, home-style lodging that feels like staying at a friend’s house, with a private bathroom and a shared kitchen. There are two other rooms, but I believe I was the only guest on my first night.
Breakfast consists of packaged pastries, and there is a coffee machine in the kitchen. My room (Rosa, Room 2) had pink walls, a working air conditioner and heater, and nice balcony access. The location feels a bit industrial, which is expected since it is very close to the airport.
Getting here is straightforward if you follow the instructions carefully. You will need to take the bus, and it helps to ask if you are unsure. The airport bus departs from the -1 floor from Terminal 1 (another location for terminal 2), and the elevator is the easiest way down.
The hosts were very responsive on WhatsApp, and I had no trouble accessing the room. I did not meet them in person, but that was not an issue. For the price, the accommodations and amenities are very fair, and I would happily stay again.
There is only one nearby restaurant, Samarcanda. It is good, but you should line up about 15 minutes before they open at 7 p.m. if you want a table.
I stayed here at the start of a bike trip and had plenty of space to assemble my bike in the yard. Despite being close to the airport, I barely heard any planes, even without earplugs. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, with my speed test showing 45 Mbps download and 27 Mbps upload. They also kindly allowed me to store my collapsible bicycle bag for two weeks for a very, very reasonable €20 fee.
My only complaint would be that if there is a big storm, the driveway will collect water and to get out you will need to get your feet wet, so there’s room for improving the drainage.

Serious and reliable management
I stayed at Malpensa Garden for one night with my family. The positive experience began in the morning, when Bruno, the owner, contacted us giving us directions about the welcome. When we arrived, on a wet and rainy afternoon, not being able to be on site, Bruno provided us with all the information to access the structure independently. Later he joined us and we got to know him. The incessant rain prevented us from going out for dinner and we were recommended a restaurant that provided takeaway service. Finally, faced with our concern to find ourselves again the next day in the rain to reach the airport, with extreme kindness, Bruno offered to accompany us. What about... I would recommend the Malpensa Garden with my eyes closed: the structure is very cozy, surrounded by greenery, very close to the airport; the spacious room, private bathroom, comfortable beds and warm blankets, good breakfast and above all the kindness and attention of the owner. Malpensa Garden will definitely be a reference point for our next trips. Thank you so much

Excellent value for money, hidden gem.
The property was lovely! Nicely decorated, clean and spacious. The facilities were great, there was access to a shared kitchen with a coffee machine and breakfast was essentially a continental breakfast, great for us having to leave early for our flight. There was towels and toiletries provided too. We booked this property very last minute as we were let down by our original hotel and the owners communication was fantastic! Very detailed directions and check in instructions which was brilliant as we arrived late at night, I felt as though nothing would have been too much trouble for them. It is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus less than 5 minutes away, however we walked to the airport. The best thing was the bed!!! SOOO comfortable, by far the most comfortable we have ever had in Italy and we go often. I can't rate this property enough and we will be staying there again.
The only thing that we didn't like and found disappointing was that we were unable to stay longer. We would happily stay for a week or more.

Clean and Confortable
Perfect simple stay with everything you need. Cozy and cute we flew in late and needed somewhere to stay before catching a bus to Livigno the next day.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Super easy to get to and great communication from hosts.
Also the restaurant down the street Samarcanda was absolutely delicious!

Great experience!
Excellent structure, convenient for those passing through the airport. The instructions provided by the managers for accessing the facility at any time of the day are precise and very useful. Ample parking and very convenient for reaching the airport shuttle. Highly recommended!!
