Prima di rientrare dalla nostra vacanza un salto alla Madonna di loreto è una tappa obbligata. Bello e carico di spiritualità si presenta il santuario e poi va ricordato che è anche la protettrice di tutti gli avieri come si può intuire dal aermacchi delle frecce tricolore esposto. Visitatelo

Pleasant, but inside the ZTL and outdated

Hotel Madonna di Loreto has a strict check-in time of 9:00 pm, with no option for contactless check-in, and so we rushed to make sure that we would arrive sometime between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. As we approached the hotel, we discovered that the hotel was located inside a ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so we could not drive our rental car all the way to the hotel. That was really frustrating, and I would like to have known that before reserving the hotel! We then ended up having to pull our car over to the side of the road outside the ZTL so that we could hike up the hill to the hotel (hauling all of our bags with us up the hill). Once we reached the hotel, we rang the bell and were let into the building. We were warmly greeted, and checkin was fairly straightforward. We were given our keys, both for our room and for the outer door. After getting our bags into our room I rushed out to move our car (as I would have eventually gotten a parking ticket where it was), and I drove around until I finally found a public parking lot. (Be sure to download the EasyPark app to your phone to easily manage paying for street and parking lot parking!) I hiked up an even larger and longer hill and, after about a 15 minute walk, finally arrived back at the hotel. I returned to the room to check it out further and found it to be quite outdated. The air condition was the old style air conditioner that typically sits under the window that I haven't seen in years. It was running, but taking quite a while to cool the room. The shower was extremely small, to the point where it was difficult to actually take a shower. In the morning the provided breakfast was quite good, and checkout was also straightforward. The hotel was right nest to the Basilica, so it was a very easy walk to the Basilica. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, but I would stay somewhere else next time, due to the location inside the ZTL, the outdated air conditioning, and the extremely small shower.

GREAT FUCK.

I booked this hotel because we have already been there a dozen times, we only skipped 2023.
from l 21/07/ to 28/07/2024 ,x celebrate my birthday 22/07 "75 years" on 26/07 54 years of marriage ,with half board.
The evening of arrival we went to the restaurant "external" x eat dinner, no menu ': tagliatelle with meat sauce', chicken.
I the tagliatelle, Daniela chicken, comes the waitress with the tagliatelle, unwatchable and inedible, cold and ragu rinseccolito, I point it out to the waitress, take away the dish without commenting.
Here comes the chicken, cold and undercooked we get up and leave.
On the morning of the 22nd I talk about it with the hotel staff x cancel the HALF.
On the morning of 24 after a hellish night x the noise coming from the floor below "cellars / warehouses" we pointed out the discomfort,answer : OR SO OR OTHERWISE.........WE HAVE CHOSEN OTHERWISE.
BALANCE X 4 DAYS AND THREE NIGHTS 717.40.
WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THE REAL BILL , TODAY 03/08/2024 they do not want to know, we will not pass even close and this advice to everyone.

Good accommodation

Hotel a few steps from the sanctuary. Small but clean rooms and equipped with everything. Shower cabin not very large but functional. Simple but very good food cooked with care. Rooms cleaned and tidied up every day, friendly and helpful staff
