Stop that we recommend absolutelymete

We stayed at this property and it was a very good experience. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and professional and the room was clean, warm and with all the comforts

Dirty laundry is washed at home.

I stayed with my boyfriend last week. The room is nice, clean, and the bed is quite comfortable (the only downside is that the double bed was actually two single beds pushed together, but overall the bed was comfortable, so it was acceptable).
Breakfast included packaged products but had everything necessary for a good breakfast!
The most painful note? The lady in charge of breakfast/cleaning.
I was having breakfast with my boyfriend. As soon as we sat down to have breakfast and chat, the lady's daughter entered along with her son. Which, of course, there is nothing wrong with stopping by to say hello; I work in a bar, and often my loved ones come by to greet me. The problem is that it was not just a greeting. They started shouting for the entire 20 minutes we had breakfast, talking about their problems without a moment's pause. I could do nothing but stay silent and listen to them scream about the failure of the lady's grandson. Honestly, this is unacceptable. When I stay in a place, I do it because I want to be at peace, and I do not find it right to endure the screams and personal issues of those who work there. When I go to work, I do not bring my problems to the workplace. As a customer, I do not find it right to have heard screams and personal conversations. Moreover, this lady's daughter started smoking an Iqos while we were having breakfast, and there was a smell throughout the room. Unacceptable.

Convenient for proximity walls and reasonable price

Guest houses 10 minutes walk from the walls so convenient. Large room with bathroom and shower. A bit to renovate for peeling walls and leaky shower. Self-service breakfast with packaged products and coffee pods but in more than reasonable quantities. Thorough cleaning. Comfortable parking with a garden. The only drawback happened is the failure of the cauldron for which cold water came. However, as soon as we communicated it the lady mobilized for repair by the technician and in the afternoon the fault was repaired. Good Price Quality Ratio

Great location. Close to Port Elisa, and a lidl around the corner. Rooms were large but the beds are quite hard. Breakfast is just some packaged cakes and espresso. No other options. Parking is available however the entrance is so tight that if you are not a skilled driver you will hit the walls, which is what I did twice. Dents in car door and scratches across front. Be aware also there are rooms with shared bathrooms too.

Be sure the check in and check out time if meeting your need during your trip but the free parking in the backyard is good. However, my room is bathroom shared with her 4 rooms and you could hear next room talking then snoring also traffic in the morning, plus my sink was out of order so l need to go out to,use the bathroom by locking my room and also locking the toilet. The simple breakfast was coffee tea with cookies and fruit.
