Everything was fine.

A perfectly normal room that adapted very well to our needs, it had everything necessary, free parking 100m away (I believe it's a church), helpful staff, and excellent breakfast.

Dishonest

I would definitely not recommend this accommodation. Old and poorly maintained room. Breakfast with stale or industrial cake. Nothing fresh. Payment is cash and not declared, no invoice. Mrs Da Laura is very unpleasant and dishonest. I forgot two of my husband's big brand shirts in the bedroom closet, she was careful not to point it out to me. When I asked her if she could send them back to me 24 hours later, she said no, that they would be thrown away if I didn't get them back within 30 days. She demanded a courier. I then called on an adorable person with whom I had taken a home before and who offered to pick them up. Embarrassed, Mrs. da laura told me that she would send them back to me by post for 30€ (when the postal cost was 20€), she then incorrectly noted my address and the package returned home but she never wanted to send it back to me. I lost the €30 and the shirts...the worst memory of my trip to Italy

Great choice, better than expected

It is located outside the walls 15 m walk from Porta Elisa. Moral room and large bathroom. Cleaning ok, there are all the amenities apart from the refrigerator. Breakfast with plenty of choice. 97 euros the double , excellent quality 'price. Dear Mrs. Laura

Nice experience

I would say very well room with bathroom perfect, the lady very kind and ready to give advice to visit Lucca, varied breakfast is true c there is a steep staircase to climb into the rooms but no problem, convenient parking not far away, it is true the structure is located in a narrow street but you have time to unload the car. Payment is clear that most prefer cash, but I quietly paid with the ATM. So conclusion would stay there again and recommend it.

Wondelful

we stayed at laura's bed and breakfast for four days and we have definitely not regretted it.
The rooms are nice and clean and are only ten minutes walk from Lucca's city wall.
Laura does everything she can to make the visit as pleasant as possible, and is very helpful in telling you about places to visit near Lucca.
In addition, she serves a fantastic cappuccino for breakfast
we can definitely stay at Da Laura again.
