Excellent hospitality

Stayed at this hotel from October 29 to November 1, for Lucca Comics.
Great location to get within minutes of the walls (Porta Sant'Anna).
Convenient possibility for customers to park in the space next to the hotel.
Clean and spacious room,.with balcony overlooking the main street, but without noise bothering the rest.
Breakfast mostly sweet.
Staff at reception and in the breakfast room very friendly and helpful.
I would definitely stay again.

Dignified but noisy

Overall quite anonymous.
The room we were allocated was well maintained and clean.
Unfortunately it was facing the street and not soundproof at all (when I entered I thought there was an open window).
traffic is constant, unfortunately even at night!!

Excellent hotel

Stayed one night for work, clean and tidy room, varied and plentiful breakfast with friendly staff. Great location just steps from the highway

Better inside than seen from outside

As soon as you arrive the property is unquestionably dated and does not make a good impression. Upon entering reception, corridors and rooms are lovingly furnished. Rooms and bathrooms recently renovated (judging by the external doors I do not think all though), clean and with comfortable bed, quite soundproof. Professional and smiling staff, thank you. Breakfast without infamy and without praise. Hotel parking is free but there is no gate or bar. From the hotel the city walls can be reached within a 10 min walk. Recommended

Stay for work.

Excellent Hotel just outside the historic center of Lucca (it can be reached in 10 min walk); building probably renovated especially in the rooms, new, well furnished, as well as the bathroom with brand new coatings.
Just a tip about the shower that completely lacked the grille in the drain... a careful look at the rooms before offering them to customers would be recommended (see photo).
Good breakfast, quite varied in the offer between sweet and savory and abundant.
Recommended both for work and for overnight stays for vacation.
