It was a very nice hotel kind of confusing to get around from reception to my room to the pool. Very quiet hotel. But the location is perfect. Close to everything. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent experience, very high-level hotel.

Excellent experience, high level of service and comfort. There were 3 of us with a newborn and everything went very well. Friendly and kind staff. The food at the restaurant was also of excellent quality.

Those who like to be cheated should choose this hotel

Never experienced it before. A hotel room 400euro per night for only 19m2. No chair, no chair, just a bed a wardrobe, shelf that serves as a desk. In the bathroom yet no glass for rinsing the teeth, no kleenex. YOU'RE MISERABLE. This is just stealing money. Not a friendly welcome. Food restaurant outsize, because apparently hotel guests are not allowed to choose from the menu. Wine list absolutely not up to date. Deception. Hotel absolutely to avoid.

The best views in Malgrate and very tasty dishes.

Amazing place to have a dinner with the incredible views of the lake Como and mountains in Malgrate.
Excellent service,fantastic cuisine,great ambience.Highly recommend.

Mixed bag, mostly good

This hotel is fantastic for two reasons. The views, which are stunning, and the staff who are wonderful. The views from the breakfast room are remarkable, so are they if you have a room on a higher floor (otherwise your view will be blocked by trees). Very good wi fi. The hotel location is great, a short stroll along the lake front brings you to five nice resturants, a lovely small cafe a mere two minutes walk. Lecco a 20/25 minutes walk.
Unfortunatly our room was small and very dowdy. A very outdated bedroom. Small balcony (with great views), but the plaster was peeling off the walls making it an unpleasant place to sit. Some rooms had clearly been upgraded (looked like those on the lower floors). Our room clearly wasn't one of them. The hotel has a small plunge pool, but really needs a full pool (plenty of space for this) and there was a lack of shade on the fifth floor guest rest areas. The hotel has lots of souless corridors. We didnt sample the resturant but did eat one evening from the bar menu on the second floor. Everything seemed reheated from frozen and was really not nice ..... it was expensive for what it was. Some drinks very expensive (e.g € 15 for a gin and tonic).
So for us a mixed bag. If you get a nicer room, with a view and don't eat (or drink) from the bar menu this is going to be a good hotel for you.
