Foggy weekendand of early March

Great location just steps from the center.
Hotel with private parking, very helpful staff.
Breakfast good choice of sweet and savory.
Room average, clean
In our opinion read a little uncomfortable and tv a little too or small.
Overall recommended, good value for money!

Super short break

Like to go to Marano and have already slept 3 times in the JO. Great hotel, good breakfast, parking in front of the hotel, TOP restaurant on the ground floor come back for sure !

A night in Marano Lagunare

We stayed at the Jo Hotel on the weekend and the experience was really pleasant. Upon arrival we were greeted with courtesy by the guy at the reception, who proved very helpful and also offered us the opportunity for the day after our arrival, to park the car in Lignano Sabbiadoro, at another structure of the group, to facilitate us during the event of the Frecce Tricolori in which we would have participated.
The room, located on the second floor, was spacious, quiet and equipped with very comfortable beds. Much appreciated the presence of a large and functional walk-in closet, as well as the bathroom, clean and equipped with towels and courtesy kit. In the room we also found a refrigerator and a complimentary bottle of still water. The air conditioning, adjustable, made the stay even more comfortable, and the rooms were always fragrant and well cared for.
Breakfast was plentiful and served in a bright and tastefully decorated, sailor-style room. Each table was assigned according to the room number, a choice that we found practical and well organized.
In general, a pleasant stay in every respect. We would be back again!

Disappointing Customer Service in the event of an unexpected situation

Unfortunately, we could not start our planned stay at this hotel because we had a bicycle breakdown on the way there. Despite unforeseen circumstances, the hotel showed no accommodation and charged the full price for the Booking Referral.
I understand that cancellation policies have to be respected, but in exceptional cases like this I would have liked at least some degree of flexibility and goodwill.
Instead, we felt left alone with our problem, and my request for a partial refund was not addressed.
Unfortunately, this experience gave me the impression that the Customer Service at this hotel places little value on hospitality.
It is a pity that in this way the chance to make a positive impression was missed.
