excellent ..fantastico..venice / ferry port ..on the door step

I stayed here on the way and the way back from Greece via ANEK ferries to Patras from Venice
The owner could not have been more flexible (I arrived at 400 in the morning), nor more helpful about transport to ferry. and The Fusina ferry stop to old Venice is 2 minutes drive away.
Do not worry about of on suite ..it worked very well, and the B&B was quiet and in a grte location for the motorways, easily found.

Nice Bnb in quaint village near Venice

The owner was very helpful and thoughtful. He went above the call of duty to help us solve a problem. (Thanks again, L.) He made himself accessible, too, at the right times to answer questions, etc. Transportation into the city has to be figured out. We rode buses and the ferry that docks at Fusina... all this worked fine.
The facility was very comfortable. We were able to have evening tapas and wine (that we'd bought at the local market) on the balcony overlooking the canal. That was pleasant! Rooms and beds were comfortable and the shared bath was large and also comfortable. A European style breakfast was ready for us in the morning, with places for each room set on the tables.

Очень милый и уютный отель!

Этот отель для тех,кто хочет окунуться и прочувствовать быт и культуру Итальянцев.Попробовать Итальянскую кухню и радушие хозяев отеля.Очень доброжелательные и открытые хозяева. НАМ ОЧЕНЬ ПОНРАВИЛСЯ ОТЕЛЬ,отношение хозяев.У нас был включен только завтрак и он был очень вкусный,сытный.И ароматный кофе.
А еще при отеле есть велосипеды бесплатные,на котором можно совершить 20 минутную поездку до моря.Очень красивый вид и насладиться природой.
О,да и еще при отеле есть свой кафе и площадка для барбекю.Хозяйка отеля знает русский язык,что придает дополнительный комфорт.
В общем советую и РЕКОМЕНДУЮ этот отель.

Pessimo

Cena tra amici,circa 30 persone.Ci hanno divisi in 3 tavoli,servizio pessimo,cena di qualità nemmeno sufficiente.Le pappardelle all'anitra praticamente crude e quasi senza anitra,le patatine fritte secche e con il gusto di pesce...Il problema più grande è stato il conto! Abbiamo pagato 40 euro in più rispetto a ciò che abbiamo ordinato ma OVVIAMENTE non l'hanno riconosciuto. Circa 25 euro a testa per aver mangiato da cani.
Sconsiglio assolutamente!

В этом миниотеле замечательно кормят. Нигде в Мальконтента вы не покушаете так вкусно,сфтно и дёшево.

Сам отель расположен у довольно оживленной дороги, но номера с балконами выходят на канал, гда автомобилей нет. Как все отели B&B, он рассчитан на одну-две ночи. Приехал, отдохнул, поехал дальше. Но запомнился мне этот отель своей кухней и обслуживанием. Очень вкусно и недорого. В Мальконтента вы так нигде не поедите. А дружелюбие и обаяние Жанны добавляет заведению особый акцент.
