The certainty of a reference!
I am an old customer who when staying or dining in this hotel feels truly pampered, like being at home.
In particular:
Modern hotel with spacious rooms and equipped with every comfort.
The Reception, very attentive to the needs of customers (signal, Nicole, Marco, Ilenia... but all the Staff shows professionalism and sympathy)
Restaurant: the Chef always presents interesting and attractive menus and solutions, in addition to desserts (creme caramel on the head).
In the room there are Elisa and Giovanni that with sympathy and professionalism I can well manage the clientele.
In the morning in colaziine, in the riot of sweet and savory things, fresh fruit and syrup, croissants, eggs, yogurt and various types of bread you will find Cristina, Nicoletta and in any case all the breakfast staff available for tasty coffee and crempsi cappuccino.
I hope I haven't forgotten nuĺla. See you soon!

Siamo compiaciuti di leggere nel Suo testo i nomi non soltanto del personale che è qui da quando Lei ha iniziato a frequentarci, ma persino i nuovi acquisti perché significa che il passaggio di consegne fra veterani e nuove leve ha funzionato. Mantenere alta la soddisfazione dei nostri ospiti abituali è per noi una priorità assoluta.
Grazie di questa recensione che ci giunge ancora più gradita poiché da molto non ricevevamo una Sua visita. Per sua stessa ammissione, il lavoro la porta meno dalle nostre parti. Siamo davvero felici che, quando ciò accade, Lei ritorni da noi.

Perfect hotel
Wonderful hotel!
The service of the reception and kitchen staff was excellent. Everyone is extremely friendly, caring and doing everything to help. I was in a group and we all loved the experience. The rooms are great, the breakfast is delicious and the service was impeccable.
Without a doubt, it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect! I would come back a thousand times and I recommend it to everyone.

Amazing Hotel, Amazing Crew, Everything Amazing.
Amazing experiencie!
We arrived almost 00:00 and the reception was fantastic! We were a group of 24 starving people and the crew called to a near by pizzaria to ask if they could wait for us to dinner. No Words for the kind and sweet treatment that they had.
The rooms are amazing, the breakfast was perfect, the hotel structure is awesome.
I’ll comeback and i recomend! It’s worth the stay!

SENSATIONAL
I had stayed in this hotel a few years ago and again, it was a pleasure.
The reception is great, staff very polite and attentive, were agile and kind. Large, well-equipped rooms, good air conditioning, perfect shower and the shower gel is delicious. Excellent breakfast, plus many options (and offer gluten-free items). The staff working at the café is wonderful, always attentive to the details. Very good location, bus stop 5 minutes that takes us directly to Venice (island) and also has options of restaurants very close. I loved it and recommend it!!!

Beware taxi costs if you need to go anywhere.
Modern well appointed hotel. Reception staff very personable & friendly. Quite remote for eating and drinking out without calling a cab. In this regards BEWARE! Taxis will come
From Mastre and will charge you for the journey from (ie the journey to come and pick you up - about €10/11) as well as
where you want to go to. This resulted in a 3km cab ride costing €20 ouch!!. Back at hotel rooms were typical business set up but had everything you need. I would recommend for a late check in/early get up for flight or cruise stay but not suitable if you have time to kill and want to explore. If a drink is all you want then a 700m walk to the Red Bear craft ale pub is worth the trek.
