Quiet, suburban area. Host was great, English not so good but neither was my Italian! Managed to communicate. Had breakfast the one morning and it was really good value for E7 each. 12 minute walk to the square. Some noise if guests are awake early but that’s to be expected in a B&B. Shutters on the window kept the room dark when sleeping. A/C worked well and was quiet when I switched the swing function off. Parking was fine.

Great stopover
Bb very cozy spotless with large rooms tastefully decorated. A very well equipped bathroom.
The hostess friendly and extremely available. Very good breakfast. Absolutely recommended even for longer stays. Congratulations!!

A little more care would be needed
Small, overall nice B&B, equipped with air conditioning, TV and minibar. It certainly presents itself in an original way due to the choice of colors and furnishings, not pretentious but with personality.
Pros: tranquility of the area,
- very comfortable mattress;
- completely independent access thanks to the doors with the code, which gives you the freedom of being at home;
- very well-kept garden;
- availability of bicycles for free use by guests, well maintained and beautiful;
- almost zero plastic (only bubble bath bottles)
- breakfast, a choice upon reservation, can also be very abundant (unfortunately, following a vegan diet we were told that either croissants or biscuits with jam) but that's perfectly fine (we could have also asked for vegetable drinks);
- many electrical outlets;
- mosquito repellent present in the room;
- Friendly and helpful owner.
Against:
- absolutely soundproof internal doors, if guests access the structure or move inside it, it is impossible to rest (during the night there was a lot of comings and goings and the door that clicks and is closed woke me up many times).
- very few furnishings, there is only a small wardrobe with a small coat hanger, a very small desk with chair and two stools for bedside tables. Bags should be left on the floor because in the wardrobe there is only one on the only shelf present; in the bathroom the only shelf is a small stool, it is a corner of the surface on which the sink rests.
- bathroom as cute as it is small, to the point that if after the shower you want to leave the bathroom, the mat must be moved otherwise the door won't open, and if someone goes to the bathroom while someone else is washing their hands, they have to wait for this last one comes out because you can't pass. To wash your face the door must be pushed open because if closed there is little room to bend over;
- cleanliness, apart from the areas where it must be cleaned (sanitary fixtures, shower tray, bathroom floor, surfaces of bedside tables and mini desks, the rest really leaves something to be desired. Shower door with moldy profiles and in some places noticeably peeling , small bathroom window difficult to open and with the frames covered in dust and mold (covered by a curtain with a little holes in it), a lot of dust on the wall radiator (discovered because as there were no supports for bidet towels, I used that one, but I had to clean it a lot with toilet paper so that it is usable). 'it's better.
Minibar with condensation on the bottom, a little dirty.
- value for money. The cost of this room, although "on offer" (at full price I had seen it at 148 euros per night) is still high in my opinion for the offer. It is a nice property that if it had been placed in a lower price range it would certainly have obtained a higher score.
- the description indicated free parking: it is because there isn't any, you simply park on the street, small and two-way.
This b&b certainly has a lot of potential, it's a shame for these aspects of neglect.

Very bad
Unfortunately we booked, allowing ourselves to be deceived by the positive reviews (which we now cannot understand) and by a website that is as nice as it is misleading, which gives the idea of a totally different place, simple but very well looked after...
The property does not have parking and having had to leave the car on the street it was scratched. The area is absolutely not quiet and not touristy at all, the roads are impassable with the bicycles that the BB makes available.
At night you can hear the noise of people who are not at all recommendable.
The structure is not soundproofed and you are woken up by those who return late or those who leave early because the front door slams.
The bathroom has been divided into two by a wall (you can see it from the window portion) which is shared with the other room, and is therefore so small as to be almost unusable for a tall person, the open door touches the sink and behind it there is a small shower covered in mold and with a broken shower head.
Breakfast includes frozen brioches, not the cake of the day as they claim, but of the week, juice from the discount store and yogurt decanted into recycled jars.
Despite all the inefficiencies, they charge medium-high rates. Very bad.
