Met our needs

I will be honest this is not the hotel we booked. The hotel we booked moved us here.
It's about 20 minutes by bus to Venice. And 15 minutes from the airport. It's clean and the staff are nice and helpful although don't speak much English so google translate helped
We stayed for one night as we were moving on but it was ok for one night. Breakfast is a croissant in a bag which is minimal and dry but for €85 you can't expect much.

Disorganization at the highest level

To be forgotten quickly. Room booked for weeks magically disappeared at the time of presentation in the structure all without any desire to solve a difficult situation or to be useful by tracing other structures.
The forgettable aspect was thus added to the rudeness of the staff.

Horrible owner - risked my children’s lives

We needed to cut through the hotel car park yet the horrible and abusive owner decided instead to shout at us and tell us his car park was closed! This meant my children had to walk 250m in the dark along a busy road instead. Totally unreasonable and horrible individual - I wouldn’t stay at this hotel - having read other reviews I’m not surprised!!

Not recommended

This has to be one of the worst hotel we have been to. No heating in the room, no heating in the corridors. Front door is locked at 9:00pm. Furniture is out of date and the shower has no separation from the rest of the restroom. Shower and restroom together- very small space. There are only small towels which are so old that they are discolored.

Bad choice

Hotel- family house- needs remodeling so badly - rooms, showers...
Breakfast is so minimal-bread, jam and butter with cup of coffee and cup of tap water!
Shower and restroom together- very small space, but I had a single room.
No water glasses, no coffee maker, no fridge in room.
Stayed there only because I had an early flight to the USA in the morning. They don't provide any transportation to the airport . There's public bus #5 going to the Airport- Marco Polo but not running early enough, specially on Sunday- my flight was at 7:10am. Very disappointed when they promised me that my taxi will be there at 5am that morning and there was no taxi! Hotel was locked, no phone around to call...owners leave you on your own to find a way to get to the airport , even they promised .
Don't stay there- there are bigger hotels around with customer service 24h. Or stay around Piazalle de Roma - direct fast buses to airport, not a problem to carry your luggages with you everywhere in Venice.
