Excellent welcome and impeccable service
I stayed at Hotel Leucò and I had a truly wonderful time. The property is welcoming, clean, and well-maintained; the staff is always helpful and kind, making you feel at home from the very first day. The location is excellent and makes the stay even more pleasant.
A special thanks also goes to the beach attendant Marco, a professional person who is always smiling and very helpful. He is attentive to the guests' needs and helps create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere on the beach. His friendliness and dedication really make a difference.
I highly recommend Hotel Leucò to anyone who wants to spend a vacation dedicated to relaxation and courtesy. I will definitely return!

Never again
Liked · I liked the beach very much, but it was a public one and has nothing to do with the hotel. I like the possibility to park in the hotel directly, for a fee. There were often fresh towels.
Disliked · What did I not like? The list is getting long.
Cleaning lady comes into the room without knocking despite locked door.
Drain blocked, self cleaning carried out by means of purchased cleaner in supermarket across the street.
All surfaces in the room and bathroom dusty and or dirty.
Wall paint peels off during the night on skin contact.
On the balcony are the cut hairs of the predecessor, everywhere!
Maximum of 2 sweeps in a week, never wiped.
Children had black feet from the dirty ground on the first day, after which we only walked with shoes.

Parking costs 20 euros per day!!!! And then the parking lot is not always accessible despite reservation and number.
If you complain to the director about the parking situation, he complains in Italian as soon as he realizes you are a foreigner, stupid if you understand him anyway.
Pool not blue and clear, but green and murky!
"Workshop" for repairs directly at the parking spaces under the room balconies.
From 7 am noise like on the construction site, the people from the room service only prepare the trolleys with laundry or Euro pallets are repaired.
A hint of sweet breakfast would have been great too. A whole table full of cakes and cookies, just one type of cheese and sausage (Mortadella)
For days, chemicals were poured into the pool every day at breakfast time, no indication of toxic or not being entered. My children were not allowed in the pool. See PHOTOS!
