Place to remember only for the view

B and B run by a Scot for 25 years in Italy. Room with lake view , on the heights of Menaggio. Clean, quiet despite a dog too present, very nervous to the barking incessant.
Decent breakfast, sweet savoury with different pastry each morning made by an outside person.
The only downside, the owner is speed in the morning, cleans the breakfast room during it, even the windows with product that mixes with the smells of coffee and tea, slams the doors, brings the rating in the middle of tasting the products. Sir, please...stop gesticulating in all directions, breakfast must be a time of calm without noise that surprises the customers.
Plus, a washing machine available.

Quiet city but 2 (8) minutes suspended greenery

Description of the place fully compliant
The hosts are lovely
Access to the garden for guests is very nice especially with children
Suggestions for great visits and restaurants
Full breakfast with fresh fruit bread every day! Juice cold cuts cheese... etc
Very clean very well kept
We stayed there 4 days with our 5 year old son and we highly recommend him.

Authentic Italy

This is my first solo trip and so I was so grateful when David offered to collect me from the ferry. He was an amazing host and nothing was too much trouble. He had lots of hints and tips to make my stay enjoyable.
The room had everything i needed and was clean and peaceful.
I really enjoyed the fresh breakfast served personally on the terrace. The views are awesome.
Whilst the accommodation is up on a hill in the area of Croce, it is well served by local buses.
The pricing was really reasonable and I’d recommend this place 10/10

Very nice bed&breakfast!

High hospitality and very friendly. Eleonore and her family are running the bed&breakfast in a pleasant way. Lovey place and beautiful view on Lake Como. We spend 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely, so is their garden. Unfortunately they were not aloud to use local products because of COVID-19. Sorry for the local businesses.

Excellent room and facilities

A very comfortable B&B set up on the hillside above Menaggio, friendly and attentive.
Two excellent restaurants nearby entirely frequented by locals on our visits avoid driving back into town unnecessarily.
