The professionalism of the staff at the facility is now a rare value these days. The rooms are impeccable and equipped with every comfort, and the pool area is a true corner of relaxation. The breakfast is no less; in fact, it is one of the strong points: rich and prepared with fresh, homemade products. We have already stayed at Villa Salisà twice and will definitely repeat the experience.

An oasis of calm five minutes from the sea.
Staff could not have been more helpful. Lovely breakfast with locally sourced products. We also had a nice dinner at the restaurant by the beach owned by the same business.

Sicilian excellence!
Beautiful resort not far from the stunning beach of Menfi and
immersed in an oasis of tranquility where one can relax between a swim in the pool, a tasty snack, some drinks, and perhaps even a rejuvenating massage!
The facility, brand new, is tastefully and elegantly furnished (among the outdoor furniture, I only mention the sofas, armchairs, and chairs from the excellent brand "Talenti")!
The rooms are very beautiful, comfortable, and have incredibly cozy beds; the bathroom is quite spacious, with a very comfortable shower and, importantly, equipped with a large window!
The breakfast is rich and varied and offers many local products (among others, a lot of delicious seasonal fruit and exquisite pastries).
Very spacious, convenient, and shaded parking.
But what truly makes this resort unique is the extraordinary staff: young, motivated, very professional, and extraordinarily kind, who manages to meet every request and even anticipate it!
I wish to mention the housekeepers for their kindness and availability (upon our arrival, while they were working in the adjacent room, they asked if we needed anything and offered us an extra bathrobe).
A special mention goes to the director, Marcello, and the receptionists, Alessia and Vanessa, who with great grace, kindness, and professionalism made our short stay unforgettable...10 out of 10!

I would have liked to make an excellent review, but unfortunately I must say that I did not find a minimum of flexibility on the possibility of being able to stay 2 hours longer in the pool than at check out, as they usually grant all the facilities with pool in which I had the pleasure of staying... even small 5 star hotels. The pool was empty, (otherwise I wouldn't even have asked) and we had kindly asked to give ourselves the chance to stay a little longer. I've never had anything like this happen before, I've been told categorically "no" and that these are the rules. But these are not rules, but lack of flexibility, which is what distinguishes experienced structures with a minimum of elasticity. But unfortunately, the manager obviously prefers to throw you out of the facility as soon as possible. No property, in Italy or abroad denies you access to the pool for 1 or 2 hours beyond check out. And don't tell me "those are the rules." The pool was totally empty and if it filled up I would leave immediately. Get informed and LEARN to respect your guests, just as guests. I'm sorry for the staff, who were kind and helpful anyway, but unfortunately having these provisions! From the farm to the Hilton 5 star hotel, where I have been several times .. never happened something like this. Really disappointed!

la ringraziamo per aver soggiornato presso la nostra struttura. Ci sorprende che un soggiorno di una sola notte venga valutato negativamente esclusivamente per non aver potuto usufruire della piscina oltre l’orario di check-out.
Siamo una struttura riconosciuta per la nostra flessibilità e la possibilità di andare incontro alle esigenze dei nostri ospiti rimarrà sempre un elemento primario della nostra ospitalità. Allo stesso tempo, per offrire un servizio equo e di qualità a tutti, dobbiamo garantire il rispetto delle regole e la corretta gestione degli spazi comuni, solarium e piscina inclusi. È proprio questo equilibrio, che tutela l’esperienza di tutti, che ha reso impossibile soddisfare la sua richiesta di trattenersi qualche ora in più in piscina.
Ciò che ci ha sorpreso e lievemente imbarazzato e che già al momento del rifiuto, lei ci aveva comunicato la propria intenzione di lasciare recensioni negative a seguito di questa decisione. Siamo orgogliosi di prendere una recensione negativa quando il motivo è il semplice rispetto delle regole, nel pieno interesse di tutti gli ospiti, e di non cedere a “avvisi” che mirano a condizionare le nostre decisioni. Trasformare un episodio legato a correttezza e equità in un giudizio negativo diffuso su più portali, come anticipato da lei stessa, non rende giustizia né alla struttura, né alla cortesia e professionalità del nostro staff, riconosciute anche da lei.
Ci auguriamo comunque di poterla accogliere nuovamente, così da permetterle di valutare l’ospitalità nella sua interezza e di apprezzare pienamente la qualità, l’attenzione e l’equilibrio che contraddistinguono ogni soggiorno presso la nostra struttura.

Unforgettable stay!
We had a wonderful stay in this villa and wish to express all our satisfaction. We were greeted with great cordiality and professionalism. All the staff was extremely kind, attentive and always available to meet every request. The structure is cared for in every detail, clean, elegant and immersed in a relaxing and regenerating environment. The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with every comfort (very comfortable bed). Breakfast included was plentiful and high quality. A big thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We highly recommend this property to those seeking relaxation, quality and authentic Welcoming.
