Comfortable stay with great amenities

I stayed at Bicocca Residence in Milan for a few nights and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchenette.
The location is convenient—close to public transportation and just a short ride to central Milan, which makes exploring the city very easy. The staff were friendly and responsive, always ready to help with questions or recommendations.
Breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the common areas are well-maintained and relaxing. Overall, Bicocca Residence is perfect for both short and extended stays, especially if you prefer a quiet, comfortable place with easy access to the city.

Good. But with nuance when it comes to picking up the keys

All good except the confirmation of the reservation in which they do not send you the information to collect the keys and at what times.
Keys are collected at the nearby shopping mall, in an office located in the hallway to the left of the entrance of the main mall building during hours no later than 20:00.
There are minor maintenance failures, but, overall, fine.

To be avoided

I was in the area for work and tried to stay in one of the apartments of this residence.
Starting from the position : very uncomfortable with access from a dark street and little frequented.
To reach the palace, after crossing the entrance of the set of condominiums, you must walk at least 10 minutes.
From the outside they look like social housing really hard to remember how to do add to the assigned building.
Inside the apartments are basic, without infamy and without praise.
Let’s face it, comfort is something else.
Compared to the price, it is really a waste of money.

Oh, bad! Inhuman!

Bastards! Inhuman! We were left on the street with 10 old ladies because they couldn't wait five minutes longer than their schedule. We had already paid everything, I begged them to wait for us... We had no idea where we were... We are from Brazil and we were in Milan... Gave trouble in the car so we were late, but they zero charity.

Rude Staff

The staff are rude and cannot handle customer's inquery/issue/complaint properly especially the white lady with long curly hair. Please train your staff. I hope I can write the whole story but this app limit to 200 characters only.......
