Overall it was a solid stay at this new Breda Suits Hotel Milano. Convenient access to metro (end of line M5 so you can easily get a seat). Staff was accommodating to change my room as the AC was not working. The room itself is spacious with the almost triple height ceiling and all the appliances is new and nice. Good shower pressure and has a bidet. Kettle is available upon request. Hence a good hotel in a heritage building.
The breakfast is approximately 20€.
*due to landscaping in the entrance area, guest need to go through Hotel degli Arcimboldi Lobby, turn left and walk to the Breda Lobby.

Recently rebuilt, but still not fully operational, with disappointing customer service
This is a newly refurbished institute building converted into a fancy, minimalistic, open concept hotel, with decor made of steel, glass and wood (imitation) and beautiful state-of-the-art design, yet maintaining the original structure and pieces wherever possible. Located in an office-industrial area in outskirts of Milan.
My room was ok, with high ceilings, dark tones and nice lightening, the bed was comfortable, the linen and towels were of a good quality, the flat TV had many channels (none in English, not even news) and the bathroom was acceptable, with very basic ameneties. I didn't like vast empty walls and the cold wood laminate flooring
My main concern is how the hotel dealt with request before/during my stay. Although I had informed the hotel of my personal and room preferences on several occasions prior to arrival, these were not taken into account.
I stayed here during the weekend and was awoken at 08.35 am on a SUNDAY by extremely loud construction work right in front of the hotel entrance.
I am surprised that in an empty hotel, I was not assigned the room facing the back yard as requested many times... Moreover the in-room phone was useless (no indication how to dial a specific department).
I reported the issues to the receptionist at check out and later also submitted a complaint to management. However, the careless manager failed to address any of the issues raised and offered neither a solution nor compensation. In his e-mail response, which was rather generic, impersonal and lacked a customer-focused approach, he only mentioned to contact him about rates for a future stay, but despite reaching out twice, I have not received any response to date, more than a week later.
This could have been a good 4-star hotel, but due to numerous overlooked issues and the dismissive attitude of the staff and management, I can only award 2 stars.

I must start with my Air Conditioner that never cools after and excruciating heat outside the hot inside the hotel wasn't better. I have to say that one of the girls in the front desk did the max efforts for try to help and offer us a fan. We barely sleep, she show me another bedroom but was also hot. They offer us the breakfast, that not compensate sleep bad but with a price of €20 per person can be considerable. But if you have to pay for that breakfast is expensive.

Enjoyed my stay; rooom was beyond amazing. Just a little dusty; I would assume maybe because it’s on the underground floor. The bathroom was impeccable. Enjoyed my stay and would love to stay in this place whenever I’m in Milan.

The hotel exceeded my expectation. For just more or less £80 a night, you get a very clean and spacious room with high ceiling. Bathroom is amazing with free toiletries, wifi is good, you can charge using type C, this is very helpful since i forgot my adaptor. There’s free water and stuff in the fridge. The property is new and the front yard is beautiful in the morning but it’s still under construction. Surely it will be amazing on e it’s done.
Staff are welcoming and approachable. Train station is 4mins away, there is lidl nearby and a mall. I highly recommend this and will definitely stay here again if im coming back to Milan anytime soon.
