We had a wonderful time from check in to checkout.The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful with delicious breakfast.
It was a fantastic experience we had and would like to stay there again.

OK place to stay

My first assigned room had a problem with the heating, the room was super warm and the temperature control did not work. They tried to fix it but with poor success and I ended up changing room. The personnel was very helpful and accommodating.
The room was clean (though the last day there was a silver fish in the wardrobe....), bed was good and there was a water kettle. Breakfast was really nice.

It could have gone better.

It could have gone better. At the reception, the staff was not at all smiling and not very welcoming. The room, with a connecting door, is not soundproofed. I spent the evening listening to the neighbor's television, his noises, and how many times he went to the bathroom. It's Hilton; it should have higher standards. However, the cleanliness is impeccable, and the restaurant staff is very kind.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the DoubleTree Hotel. The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. Although our visit was brief, Sara provided several excellent recommendations that helped us make the most of our time in Milan.
Based on her suggestions, we visited Chinatown and explored the beautiful Parco Sempione, where we rented bikes and scooters to tour the park before enjoying some delicious gelato. It was a wonderful way to spend an afternoon and experience a different side of the city.
The hotel was comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located. We had a great stay and only wish we had more time to explore Milan. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

The staff were great and helpful but the location was very inconvenient. The area did not seem too good either for the price we paid
