We had a wonderful stay at Hotel H21. Before booking, I was a little nervous because it was my first time staying here, but the excellent service quickly put us at ease. The 24-hour reception was outstanding, and John, who was working the overnight shifts, was especially friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and was always happy to assist with anything we needed. The staff even helped us bring our luggage inside.
Our room was more spacious than we expected, and when we requested a kettle, cups, plates, and tea, everything was provided without any hesitation. The air conditioning worked excellently throughout the July heat, making our stay very comfortable.
Overall, the hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

great small clean hotel, very friendly service by all team members. Only downside breakfast bacon was cold and my toilet seat was broken. Would recommend.

Bad experience

Staff not very professional
Room: cold and dirty, skeins of wool under the bed never removed, long hair on the floor, toiletries not replaced after the first night, light quilt, in the closet no extra pillow or blanket, we had to stay 4 nights we escaped to the second night.

Good and nice

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was not great but there was everything you needed. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro as well.
When we were leaving the hotel you had to hand in the key. Then when we were back at the hotel and collected the key we just had to ask for the key again and they gave it back without us having to identify ourselves. It felt a bit uncertain but they might have a good handle on who lives there.
Otherwise a good and affordable hotel!
