Everything was perfect, and the staff was very kind.

I stayed at the Hotel Lido in Milan, and my experience was truly very positive.
The staff consistently demonstrated kindness, availability, and attentiveness to the needs of the guests. The stay was pleasant in every aspect: the room was clean, welcoming, and equipped with everything necessary for the stay.
Every request we made was fulfilled when possible, making us feel always warmly welcomed. Additionally, once we returned home, we realized that we had forgotten a pair of pants at the hotel. The staff was extremely courteous and professional in locating it and assisting us in retrieving it, a gesture we greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable environment and attentive, friendly service. A sincere thank you to all the staff for the hospitality and availability shown.

Excellent experience.

Hotel located in an optimal position. Kindness and courtesy assured. Availability for every request made. Family-like atmosphere. Small but cozy and very clean rooms. I highly recommend it.

Couple stay of one night.

We went to this hotel, a bit dated but clean, bathroom not windowed, but had the right need x personal cleanliness, air conditioning. I gave 3 stars because in my opinion they should renovate the rooms x give a breath of freshness. Personal evaluation.

Hotel not to be considered

Terrible, a dirty hotel, old , our room was on the top floor, an attic with a skylight , difficult to open , but once opened ‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️‍♀️ I don’t tell you I think it had been years that way, everything came out , a crap, dirty bathroom , room with broken furniture , dirty and repainted wall where there was mold, in short a hotel not to be considered at all.
Poor breakfast, I would not recommend it and honestly doubt all the positive reviews.
