Highly Recommend

Nice, modern hotel in an excellent location walking distance to so many tourist sites. The staff was outstanding! They helped with restaurant recommendations, transportation, many location questions and helped us secure travel to San Siro stadium. We had a great experience with this hotel.

Expensive and price/performance ratio nom consistent

I stayed 3 nights for business in this hotel. Externally it looks good but rooms and services do not correspond to a 4 star in any way.
Upon check in I was offered to upgrade for the third night (added at a later time so I would have to change rooms compared to the first two nights already booked). I agree and then find out that this upgrade was retracted and never received. The room cold and very ruined, not by 4 stars absolutely. The breakfast was good but the cleaning of the wall with plants absolutely to be reviewed. (I understand that these are real plants but you can not have breakfast with cockroaches on the ground in an environment where you eat). If you are not able to do the proper maintenance and care of a natural wall it is good to remove it.
Zero customer focus and cold and detached environment.
I honestly would not recommend it and would not stay there again. For the amount spent value for money absolutely unjustified.

Nice hotel and staff

Nice hotel in a great location, very friendly staff at the desk and service areas.
However my room was dark with no natural light, and the bath tub filled when I showered with dirt coming from the plughole. It would have been nice to have some free water in the room too.
The gym although small was a nice touch, and always empty.
Not a vegan friendly hotel either unfortunately.

Very helpful and supportive staff . Especially Ilaria on reception who went above and beyond in her efforts for us.

Breakfast is typical american style. Looks more like a business hotel. Near to Turati station which is a few stop from dommo
