Very good.

Well-located hotel next to the central station and 15-20 minutes from the Duomo. Room and bathroom very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast is very varied and delicious. All the staff is charming. Highly recommended

Disappointing

We have been clients of this establishment through our law firm for several years and, precisely for this reason, we were deeply disappointed by the last experience. During the management of our reservation, we had email and phone contacts with Mr. Jonny, the receptionist. Unfortunately, the tones used were somewhat rude and not in line with the professionalism we expected, leading us to cancel the reservation.
We believe that courtesy and respect towards the customer are fundamental aspects. After the treatment we received, we regretfully decided that we will no longer turn to this establishment. It is a real shame, especially after years of relationships with the hotel.

Great hotel in Milan. The staff were so nice and friendly. The breakfast was amazing! Clean, updated room. Close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The AC was not working at the hotel. If you are traveling into Milan in the summer I’d recommend looking at other hotels.

Older hotel with great decor. Good location for everything including meeting points for tours.
