Lovely hotel
Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely rooms, spotless in all areas, staff are really friendly and helpful, especially emmanuel on reception, hes an absolute sweetie, so friendly and helpful,breakfast is superb we cant fault this hotel at all

Pretty noisy hotel. When someone shuts their door, it slammed ours. The breakfast was a good assortment.

Ok experience but breakfast very mixed
Mixed review, the hotel itself is ok, rooms ok size, negatives where the shutters on balcony were always stuck, the shower gel and soap dispensers were never full, location so so but biggest gripe was whilst breakfast was included for fresh juice, omelette and cooked to order eggs there was a charge of at least 4-5 euros, twin room bigger than double room, staff are friendly though, getting around is really good with tram stop opposite and metro 5 min walk

For sustainability and environmental reasons, the dispensers are replaced when they run out, but for hygiene reasons, they aren't refilled. Breakfast supplements only apply to some freshly prepared, non-buffet items.

Noisy room and poor communication
I stayed at this hotel from the 13-16th July 2026. I booked as a solo traveller. The hotel is located close to transport. Very clean environment and a decent breakfast.
The issue I had with the hotel was the noise coming from the air conditioning unit or bathroom suction system, I can’t be clear where the noise was coming from as no one appeared to know. There is a roaring sound that last for about 20 seconds and it happens every 20/30 minutes even during the night which woke me up. I turned the air con off during a heatwave and the noise was still present. I raised my concerns after the first night of poor sleep. On my return from an excursion the issue was not rectified and I was helpful transferred to a neighbouring hotel called Enterprise Hotel which was very nice. I was advised that the issue would be rectified on my return from another trip I had booked. I return to the hotel and the issue was not resolved and I was told I would have to pay if I wanted to return to the Enterprise Hotel. I was told an email was sent to me asking consent to change my room, despite me advising I would be on a trip. The email was not seen till I returned from the trip, by this time the hotel was full. I questioned why I was not contacted by telephone, to which I received no response. If you do stay at this hotel be warned about the rooms on the 9th floor I stayed in room 904 and had awful sleep.

Unfortunately, the night of the problem, we were fully booked, and we booked and paid for the nearby 4-star superior hotel. We wanted to change rooms, but you left all your belongings scattered in the previous room and didn't answer your phone or emails. However, we're truly sorry; problems can happen, but we always find a solution.

Everything almost perfect
The stay was overall pleasant. I would like to compliment the staff, who always proved to be kind, helpful, and professional. Breakfast was also excellent, with a good variety of quality products.
Unfortunately, however, I must point out an aspect that disappointed me. Upon our arrival, we found several hairs both on the room floor and on the bed. It was explained to us that the property had had many check-outs on the same day, and I can understand that there are moments of particular intensity in the work. However, in a 4-star hotel, I expect that room cleaning is always guaranteed with the utmost attention, regardless of the number of departures.
I hope this observation is taken as a starting point for improvement, because otherwise the experience was positive and it would be a shame if such an important detail compromised the overall judgment.

grazie davvero per la sua recensione, ci siamo subito attivati e abbiamo riscontrato un problema con la lavanderia industriale che fa per il lavaggio delle lenzuola, che hanno riportato - seppur lavati - dei residui che nella fretta la cameriera aprendo il pacco della biancheria non a visto.
Ci scusiamo ancora molto per l'accaduto e le assicuriamo che i giusti provvedimenti con l'azienda sono già stati presi.
Speriamo di rivederla presto.
